Hi JH,
Think that depends on how many shares institutions have been allocated?
Minus PG and Lonnie's returned share allocations that leaves 90m shares, then minus any institutions (sticky hands) share allocations, which at this point in time is unknown?
So if we were to GUESSTIMATE that the institutions were allocated 20m shares, that leaves 70m shares to be traded, and on a general rule of 3 times placing shares to be traded to clear the backlog= 210m shares to be traded (Sometimes it can be 4 times placing shares to be traded to clear the backlog, but personally don't think it would apply here due to the fact that we are not in a lifestyle/dodgy (for want of a better word:) company here).
So if 7m shares are traded per day (guessing) on top of the 170m shares traded to date, then at some point next week we should surpass 210m shares traded since placing.
TO MAKE CLEAR, TOTAL GUESSWORK ON MY BEHALF AS TO ANY INSTITUTIONAL SHARE ALLOCATIONS.
Just to make clear I'm Not a trader and certainly not trading here (that would surely be at my peril, sit it out as an investor is my preference), it's what I have picked up from various forums over the past many years that I have been investing and trying to understand the trader's viewpoints...
Hi Keith,
Billyrayval has posted a request for your good self...

Sudan Oil Exports Rising Despite Conflict
By Alex Kimani - Aug 14, 2023,
Crude exports by South Sudan have climbed to their highest level in almost two years despite an ongoing war between Sudan's government forces and a paramilitary group that erupted in April. Crude shipments now average 154,839 barrels per day, about double March's figure at 77,419 barrels per day.

Pan,
Methane Production
Thermogenic methane is produced deep within the seafloor when organic material is degraded by the earth's heat. Biogenic methane is produced as a waste product when microorganisms called methanogenic archaea eat organic material; these microorganisms can only produce methane in reducing environments.

Couldn't agree more with you there Jimmy23, feels like we were fed to the wolf's (London market Spivs).
Really not happy with what has gone on here. Novum really need ditching if they are actually responsible for what has gone on.
Still fully invested here and am resigned to taking it on the chin... But it sure is very annoying.
Moan over 🤐
As per Keith's post,
* 34mmcfg/d at $10 profit per mcf = $120M (£96M) profit per year. So a forward P/E of less than 1. Just for this one moderate-sized project.
And taking it further in calculating potential value based on a p/e of 8:
...
Total Voting Rights (as per this morning RNs)
Following Admission of the 90,909,090 Placing Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 517,312,508 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
...
£96m profit per annum on a P/E of 8 times = £768m
...
£768m ÷ 517,312,508 (shares in issue)
Which equates to £1.48 per share (@ 8x p/e)
...
That's ignoring the other company prospects, gas to power, gas to EU and Jurassic.
I was intrigued what may potentially come after the MOU-5 drill, since it is increasingly looking like that there may be other gas charged prospects within the Guercif license.
So Thank you Keith for your very informative post.👍
Exciting times ahead...
Snubbing:
Snubbing is a technique to install or remove tubular from a well, while the well remains pressurised, also known as a 'live well'. Snubbing is used when it is not possible, or not desired, to kill a well (dead well). Killing a well means depressurise the well by pumping a heave fluid or mud inside the well.
Slickline:
While a slickline is a thin cable introduced into a well to deliver and retrieve tools downhole, a wireline is an electrical cable used to lower tools into and transmit data about the conditions of the wellbore. Usually consisting of braided cables, wirelines are used to perform wireline logging, as well.
