Morbox - sounds like my roofer! my bathroom is p!**ing in water : )
I stuck a cheeky £300 on VAL at 22p a few weeks back after I won on a bet.

iangibbins67gmai any info on who is the bidder?
You did warn us fair play
Enjoy the weekend all.
Morbox maybe take a sick day Monday : )
I still see growth like iangibbins67gmai mentions. I certainly don't see the first few bids being accepted as the potential for gains in the US with WMH is huge. it's difficult to put a value on the stock now when you see the value of US stocks like draftkings. I think if your willing to hang on you'll be rewarded.
prefabsprout - not bad at all. you'll enjoy the weekend now i'm sure : )
@ longview as you're the only one to ask I can stretch to that
What's people's opinions?
I'm here for the long haul so I won't sell on this.
After me saying last night a TO wasn't on the cards.
: )
I'm asking about at work now to see if anyone has an idea.
Yeah 2.57 Any ideas as to why?
what just happened : )

Shore Capital: iGaming opportunity to propel William Hill
Shore Capital has reinstated its ‘buy’ recommendation on William Hill (WMH) as it looks to the US opportunity for the betting group.
Analyst Greg Johnson placed a ‘buy’ recommendation on the stock, which had been ‘under review’ as ‘developments year-to-date have strengthened our view that the US sports betting and iGaming market is an eventual $20bn opportunity’.
‘More states continue to regulate and iGaming momentum has accelerated during lockdown,’ he said.
‘Investor appetite has also increased with DraftKings currently valued at $18bn.’
Johnson said the iGaming opportunity could ‘eventually be worth $8bn’ or 300p per William Hill share.
The shares fell 3.5% to 218.1p yesterday.
@ guinness08 I don't personally think a TO is on the cards but i do think the JV will come to fruition

The offer Pmoran was pre FOBT cuts but also pre PASPA.
Morbox Great minds think alike
Pretty happy where the SP is after the last two days, still looking like we'll hear something regarding the merger by year end.
