Check out what the news has done to draftkings SP.
Yes looking at certain articles relating to ceasars/el dorado merger it was mentioned one of the main concerns was the level of debt the company would be taking on - this leads me to think the JV route is more likely.
Still going strong ....long may that continue.

Well I've held this share for years using the company sharesave scheme (since 2010) + bought a load at 80p during the recent crisis and I still have the lot. I was told to sell at £3.30 before the £2 FOBT limit was introduced
but I always thought (and was willing to risk the lot) on the success the US would bring.
I am worried the UK will impost the same £2 limit online which will have a huge effect on the shareprice, but I'm hoping recent events may have delayed this.
I still have a feeling this has plenty of legs in it yet and I for one will certainly be waiting for a larger SP before I consider selling.
Ye sounds highly unlikely he'd be in the know as an area manager ect.
we have this share offer every year, I think alot of big companies do. 20% off the current share price for 3 to 5 years upto £500 a month.
I'd certainly be taking the information with a pinch of salt.
Nice one Ian.
iangibbins67gmai any info on who is the bidder?
I'm assuming Ceasars already has a well established online gaming presence in the U.S...I don't think WMH has this yet....only an online sportsbook/retail estate. I think we're due to launch online gaming soon.
Listing the company separately on the US (Either as a joint venture or on our own accord) could in theory make it more stable as i'm sure the UK will impost stricter online restrictions at some point.
Either way Novice42 this is one to keep for a long time yet, the positives outweigh the negatives.
Yeah I've not had this much faith in our board since a certain Ralph T was steering the ship. We have a clear plan in place, the right people and it seems the right deals being made in the US.

Longview2020 - Thanks.....you would think I would know how to navigate this site by now.
: )
Does anyone have a source for this? I can only see articles relating to the purchases made in march to increase holdings to 4.12%?
Cheers.
Fair play mate and well done.
Any one had a chance to look at the Ceasars/WMH deal I posted below?

Bet fred entering SA:
Betfred has offered to provide an additional R650m loan to ensure Phumelela’s creditors’ claims are paid in full – versus only 72% repayment under the MOD proposal – and paid well in advance of MOD’s timeline. Betfred has put up 20m shares in UK bookmaking rival William Hill (currently worth R700m) as proof of its sincerity.
