Having been several AGM's at this venue you will find this is not the largest of conference rooms. Maybe ten seats around the table occupied by 5 or 6 members of the company (I'd expect less this year) standing room comfortably for 20/30 max I would think. It will be interesting to see how many members from this bb actually turn up on the day as to the best of my knowledge in recent years there's been just me and Merlin.... If you have any questions re travel etc just ask
