Johnz Whether or not they have the expertise is definitely a concern, but they are all professionals and are not stupid,...and doubt they want to lose 173mt of coal and a full mining licence. If they have a problem they will be looking for a profitable solution, human nature imo

Boffer 'to deceive' implies that you think it was intentional. I would suggest that 'to (intentionally) deceive the market' would be a serious offence, in which case perhaps you should report them to the appropriate authority. As I said, I personally think it was a badly timed attempt to forecast news/contracts etc that didn't materialise bwtfdik :)

LG I really don't think 'scam' is appropriate. Prior to the infamous misleading RNS everything regarding the processes over many many years went pretty much according to plan, and exceeded all expectations over and again. Only those that were here through those processes can possibly understand what has been achieved. Having met everyone of importance in the company on more then one occasion I am of the opinion that the RNS was a badly timed attempt to forecast news that didn't materialise, which left a hole they are having trouble (even with their excavators) getting out of,...OR some totally different reasons yet to be announced.

The only problem (a BIG problem) as I see it is the silence. Total disregard for those invested!

I don't think Edenville have underestimated AIM in the slightes, in fact the contrary is true, as they continue to be able to rise small fortunes from willing investors. If anything has been underestimated its being a coal miner in Tanzania, but we don't yet know if that is the case.
