Notice of Resignation of Director

The Board of Location Sciences Group PLC (AIM: LSAI) announces that Dan Francis today notified the Board of his intention to resign as an Executive Director of the Company. His resignation will become effective immediately.

Mark Slade, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said: "Dan will continue to work with the Company in an advisory role as Chief Strategy Officer for a further two months. On behalf of the Board and the Company I would like to thank Dan for all his hard work with the Company. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours."

Dan Francis said: "I have greatly enjoyed my time with Location Sciences and I wish Mark and the team every success for the future."

I wouldn't hold your breath as its customary for the sp to drop during edl's agm's.

It's doubtful there will be any hints, although speaking to the bod can put a slightly
different perspective on things. Just to add, they have no control over the SP, but
can definitely influence things with a few well chosen words, but that's unlikely imo

If we go flat shortly then it's clearly mms, so I'd expect a rise if the trend continues..
