The Tender wasn't a problem last time, and as you say only needs resubmitting if change were made. I think there will almost definitely be an RNS on or before the 7th December regarding the Tender, and if so hopefully containing a comprehensive update!

You were at the AGM weren't you!?... The bod acknowledged their failure to regularly update
shareholders, and from memory they said that failure would be addressed, which it clearly hasn't.

I would go as far as to say that I would be absolutely dumbfound if
we didn't get a 'pretty substantial' RNS/Update before the years end!!

JohnZ - I would be very surprised if an update wasn't already in the pipeline.

Proof of holdings will be required from your Broker, so it might be a good idea not to
use the old list. I can see several inaccuracies for both shareholders and holdings.

My personal feeling is an update is so far overdue the next one will arrive before an
EGM could be called. I'm not totally sure, but didn't that happen last time there was
talk of an EGM?...
