My comment was not about the 'close relationship' in was in reply to Lurker, and whatever you believe, I don't believe that it was possible to pick up anything 'with regards to Tanzania's thinking' because there was nothing to pick up. They changed their minds, no one saw that coming. I'm not even defending LC, so if you saw it coming perhaps you should have told us!! Try reading and understanding before you shoot your mouth off!!

I think you will find, although no appears to be 100%, that all the Tenders were nullified.

Anyone that thinks 'anyone' could pick up anything with regards to Tanzania's thinking
is clearly deluded. Next you'll be saying it was LC's faulty they changed their minds...

Can I justify my comments, as I'm not slagging Kibo off, I'm trying to understand the reality
of the current situation.

As a high average 1m+ lth, for the very first time in 7 odd years invested I can see no further
in Tanzania 'for us' now. Not that there is no future in Tanzania, I just can't see it...

Who knows 3,4,5 years down the line Kibo could be colossal, but here and now what is our
furture, and do we have anything of value in Tanzania? Is an 8 figure BSF worth anything or
is it money down the drain, as the fortune we have ploughed into this project??..

All genuine questions hopefully with honest and factual answers and opinions.

Seems EDL and Kibo have not answer to the situation they find themselves in...

With doubtful Title over our PL in Tanzania, let's hope the TGov haven't written off Kibo
completely, and we can stil get a licence of some sort, as I can't currently can't see any
other option.

Am I wrong in thinking there is no MCPP, unless there's something that we don't know

I don't understand this train of thought?, as Kibo are a Minerals Prospector. As yet there is No licence to do anything other than Prospect. Currently with the failure of the Tender there is No CPP. I'm not even sure that Kibo have title over the coal within their Prospecting Licence. We don't have a 'Mine' there is No plant as most everything required to Prospect is usually hired (from previous experience) and to the best of my knowledge there is No physical infrastructure of any kind. Maybe some second hand desks.

As a benchmark Edenville have a Licenced $15m producing coal mine with several contacts and revenue plus the 173mt of coal, all of which is considered by some to be worthless!

How does that work??

strange. At least Kibo in the similar situation recently wrote a letter to its shareholders.

Most of Tanzania experiences two rainy seasons and two dry seasons every year.

The short rains are generally from October to December
The long rains usually last from early March to late May.

Every little helps.

Averaging down is equally as valid as any other trade I think most would agree.
