Adler Shine sold £25k's worth of Edenville shares. The PDMR RNS was triggered as a consequence of Adler Shine's association with Rakesh Patel, and not because of the amount of shares as in a TR1.

A sale of shares by anyone could be for any reason, and not necessarily directly related to Edenville.

My initial thought was that something had changed (could Ramesh be the Strategic Partner?).. but in actual fact it looks like a sale of share by someone with an association, notifiable under MAR no more than three business days after the transaction took place.

Time will tell !!

L2 Bid closed up @ 33.33% since Tuesday. Was up 66.67% at one point.

Buys still ticking in, but not yet making Full Ask

I'd guess lots of daytraders that have been locked-in since the 167% rise are waiting to trade, plus those caught prior to the drop to .85 and all the way down to the 52 week low. If we get a spike anytime soon it could be quite liquid !!

Kibo is a multi-asset, Africa focused, energy company positioned to address the acute power deficit, and to-date have only produced words, whereas Edenville diversified and have the working Coal Mine.

Edenville over many years went through all the processes finding 173mt of proven coal. They got awarded their Full Mining Licence live on Tanzanian TV, and have had site visits from the Tanzanian Officials etc etc,.... yet Kibo appear to be more highly thought of by the Tanzanian Government? Possibly a better line of communications with the South African CEO LC?..

Kibo's Benga Independent Power Project ('BIPP') in Mozambique, the Mabesekwa Coal Independent Power Project ('MCIPP') in Botswana and MAST Energy Developments Limited in the UK are all relatively new projects since (without looking back) the Mbeya (their Flagship) CPP)) as was then))) was annulled. In any case, they are much newer purported shovel ready projects..

It is strange, but there are murmurs across media platforms. Possibly just stating the obvious, but I suspect there is undoubtedly some anticipation and expectations within the markets as things get back to normal.

In the interim the bod have had plenty of unfettered time to finalise matters with their potential strategic partner.

It would be nice to get news to say they have achieved, or are moving in the right direction with regard to what has been RNS'ed most recently. There is clearly some movement as posted at 06:30 on Tuesday before the rise. I think it's fair to think the company should be well underway in their preparation to commence operations.

Yup 6 is good. This technology is evolving, and I think it's fair to say it's just a matter of time. LSAI seem/appear to be struggling and might have hit a brick wall, whereas you would have thought they would be moving forward at pace, as we were before you know what !!
