I agree, but we know from past experience that Edenville news will only arrive when Edenville decide, and not as a consequence of anything said here.

It’s highlighted by the activity on blue days just how many people have a vested interest in Edenville, circa 20 of whom frequent this bb. While unsubstantiated uncorroborated posts add to the debate, most investors make judgments based on official sources. It imho is not difficult with some knowledge to write a fantasy about any given situation, and not be too far off the mark.

Whatever the current situation, there is absolutely nothing we can do to change it..

It was always considered by the company to be a ten year Project (CPP) and considering they have been working on “Africa Time” (see Wikipedia) and against an inept regime, AND had the rug pulled from under their feet years in by the nullification of ALL Tanzania Mining Tenders by the TGov, to be here now is far more of an achievement than they are given credit for, BUT I believe this is understood by the vast majority of genuine investors.

If the two current hurdles are surmounted this could soon become a very different share, and consequently from a stronger position other options/opportunities will undoubtedly become apparent.

The Rukwa mine has been operating since operations recommenced on 3 August 2020 and continues to fulfil its pre-purchase orders.

The Company successfully restructured its staffing requirements.

The transition is now expected to take place during October, ahead (AHEAD) of the 1 November 2020 deadline.

ILTL has also been undertaking marketing and sales activities for Rukwa coal.

Edenville notified Lind that it wished to make the July, August and September 2020 repayments in shares, as is its right (AS IS ITS RIGHT) under the Funding Agreement.

The Company is holding further discussions (HOLDING FURTHER DISCUSSIONS) with Lind in order to agree a way forward.

To date administrative delays have hampered the relocation of ILTL staff into Tanzania, although we have been advised these issues will be (WILL BE) resolved by mid-October. (So more than just a temperature checks at the airport! ?)...

The transition will (WILL) see us entering an exciting new phase for Rukwa and we look forward to a fruitful relationship with ILTL
