Thank you @K - yes it is a very quiet board. Obviously partly due to some brokers who don't even list this, I had to go to X-O to buy. I know you look into the finances much deeper than I do, but I would say it is one to keep an eye on. If the price remains at this level I will add before the next dividend. Although, like most similar companies, I can see fundraisers coming.
Have you looked at TEEC @K ? I've been in it a few months, price has dropped recently, seems a good time to get in or add.
I didn't know they existed while I was with I-web/Halifax is they are company-non-grata there.
They have an RNS out today about battery storage.
That's interesting. I-web is exactly the same company and service as Halifax, but I haven't had any notification. I was hoping I would get one from X-O who I am gradually moving over to. At least via a broker you should be able to buy them through an ISA.
I meant to add ... as the next ex- dividend isn't due until July, and will probably be 1p anyway, it's a fair bet they will do another fund raiser before then. I'll probably get a few via PB, but certainly not rushing into rebuilding my holding.
You are correct AnneOwl - it seems I-web no longer want loyal customers. They have even put a link up to help people close their accounts. They made me take some investments elsewhere because they couldn't be bothered, and moving them to X-O (Jarvis) was a blessing. I'm gradually moving money across and will be having next years ISA with X-O.
My main problem with I-web is that they keep banning investments I already hold, it's happening every few weeks, latest being SOHO. If they are so bad, why did they let me buy them in the first place ?
Hi @K. Yes, I think the first time I came across you was on the EAT board. I'm well down there thanks to a bit of trading, but back fully invested, in fact over-invested as I averaged down recently. I'm very happy with most things at the moment. Just lost out on AEW Uk and Middlefield Canada by not getting back in quick enough, and GSF can wait - long time until the next (probably 1p) dividend, so plenty of time to get back in there. Time to start leaving things alone now and live off the dividends.
Just sold out of GSF and added some more here. (good reason for Ged not to invest )
Increased Dividend
Final dividend of 0.8125p per share, payable in April 2022 as a Property Income Distribution (PID)
Total fully covered dividend per share for 2021 of 3.0625p (FY 2020: 3p) up 2.08% and reflecting a yield of 7.90% based on a mid-market opening price of 38.75p on 21 March 2022
Total declared/paid to shareholders since commencement of dividend policy of £41.9 million
That's good news, I got trapped in by doubling up well before the dividend, and then the placing coming, although I've always felt good about IHR - one of the few companies who were responsive when I-web banned customers buying.
