This deal is worth 100x more than £3mil to feedback.
The £3mil is just a kickstarter fund (for the first two years) for NHS orgs to quickly adopt the tech without spending their own cash. It's not a cap. There's nothing stopping them from buy more out of their own pocket.
Bleepa saves money on every key metric important to the NHS.
Here's one metric
There are 150k beds in the UK costing £2.25B / month to run. If through using Bleepa the NHS can provide the same service with 140k beds, then thats a saving of £150mil/month for the NHS.
Even if Feedback charged £50mil/month to deliver these savings the NHS will be saving £100mil.
That's just one metric. Now do the math on referral savings.
Of course this is not going to happen tomorrow or even this year. But that's the prize on offer.
Even Amazon started by selling one book! And now they made more profit in the last quarter than they had in the first 15 odd years since the IPO.
It'll snowball from here for FDBK and they have £5mil in the bank already to push this through.
yes well done JB. I can only imagine the ones they didn't publish.
I think they do get the hint. They don't want the SP at this price as they can't do future acquisitions without some serious dilution.
Disingenuous response on the seller. They know who it is. The two people who had above 3% who no longer appear on the shareholder register as per their website.
"In general though when we get ongoing sellers, which will happen from time to time, the position generally corrects itself relatively quickly, although this episode seems to be taking longer to correct itself than on previous occasions."
In another words, UK investors saw the annual pump & dump pattern and sold before the seller could get going driving the price down to 2p.
Only solid ops results will kick this back up.
Everyday that they don't use that £5mil to create value the market will price in the dilution.
#ODX's decline (from a poorly worded RNS) has now seen a 100% rebound after they did a great investor presentation. FDBK could learn a thing or two from that.
Numbers matter and FDBK have given the market sod all.
the casp sea is landlocked but can the rig be dismantled and transported by road (INSTC) was my question.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_North%E2%80%93South_Transport_Corridor
It's just down the road across Iran. Come on Kuat, get on the phone to the Ayatollah ... do I have to do everything myself.
Ezhik .. it's in the AR. Take your pick.
"Our G50 rig is now in position to replace a broken link in the tubing before we attempt to re-commence production at rates more expected of a deep well."
".... mobilised our G50 rig, previously in use at New Well 153, to continue the work at Deep Well A5."
"Our G50 rig is now on site to replace a cracked link in the tubing, following which we will once again attempt to get the well to flow at rates expected of a deep, high pressure well."
uncertain it's an upper limit so they are not saying that it will definitely produce that. When production goes above a certain threshold different rules apply so it's just a way to let authourities know. They might even over estimate because If they exceed the stated production then license needs a formal amendment.
I'm more intrested in the operational trend rather than absolute numbers.
Another interesting thing is that they are using the gas from MJF for heating furnaces and gas power plants
"Utilization program implemented at Elemes North-West
produced gas, which is a decrease in negative environmental impact and
more rational use of hydrocarbons. Associated gas fields
It is used as fuel for heating furnaces and gas power plants. Technological
development indicators of the Elemes North-West field for 2020-2021
presented in the agreed “Suprasalt Raw Gas Processing Development Program
of the Elemez North-West deposit complex for 2019-2021. " (Protocol No. 1 working
Group of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2019)"
It's double what we are on now which around 48,000 bbl/month ... so around 3500bopd.
We know from past performance that they've always dreamt big e.g. they planned for 7 deep wells by 2022 but always fail in the most painful way. So cautiously optimistic is my sentiment.
An informative license on the kaz matrix if you like the technical details.
They are projecting 154.1 thousand tons of production for MJF 2020 (about 100,000 bbl/month)
Elemes Yuzhny at 10229 tons. My russian not that good but I think we might be very close on that production license.
Clive you got the cheap shares and the boat now give us some good ops news like;
3ab M&A
CE commisioned
Deep well 90 day test.
Take part in the placing and buy a seat on the board. Milk the salary and expenses. Build up your network and future net worth through Feedback's customers and prospects ...... and then quit (or ignore) when too many questions are asked.
Not the RNS we wanted. Could have waited ... not as if we are rolling in cash and needed a another CFO. Who do they think they are ? .. Apple.
Two effing CFOs !!
I'm thinking that they wouldn't have issued the shares until they knew the seller was out. Could have issued them at 6p in April but they knew what was coming ( a lower price). Which means 2.95 was the low in this season of Caspacades.
They get rock bottom prices and a new runway to sell into. The longer they hold the more positive it will be seen by the market. Back up we go I guess. MJF at 2350bopd for July/Aug IMO.
"If they hold the AGM in private due to covid and issue shares at the current price in lieu of salary then they are the biggest c**ts on this planet." adrainz 29 May 2020 12:08
They must be reading my posts and so jumped at the chance to prove me right.
Some good support shown by inst. investors.
A 25m mcap will need to show an income of around 2 mil. That would put the sp at 2.5p.
It's not a difficult goal. I though it was possible with Texrad and Cadran back in the day.
10,000 paid bleepa users should get us that income. They should tell us about the paid take up from the Pap & Penn.
Penn has been on free time for 3 months now ... time to pay up.
If those numbers are good this will rerate in mins.
Lots of things moving around in the background Grister ... I think you'll see M&A before any deeps. I think it's a producing asset next.
If I was banker I'd be squeezing the money supply ... hurting my targets ..... and then let my friend bail you out with Poxy shares when the bailiffs turn up .... I'm callin it the Almaty city shuffle.
Shallows at 2350bpod in the next ops update IMO.
I'd forget the deeps for now.
6p ... happy days.
Last RNS said "Plans to undertake an acid treatment at Deep Well A6 have been delayed waiting for the required acid to be delivered to the BNG Contract Area."
Same for A8.
That was 25th June.
A5 doesn't need acid .... so where do you get the 5 weeks from.
I want to ramp this as bad as you .. but we need to be factual.
