fsheridan, " Lets just stick to the facts" OK. Let's do that. Last Thursday an RNS was released which lead some people to believe that this share would resume trading today. At some considerable expense of my own time, and using my personal interest in, and knowledge of, languages and how they work (a diploma from the English Institute of Linguists, equivalent of a Masters degree being one of many pieces of paper I've earned, by the way), to explain to people here that they were mis-reading that RNS. And my reasoning why. In doing so, I didn't insult anyone, and had absolutlely no wish to insult anyone's intelligence, because by and large I reckon most people who post on BBs like this are intelligent, and I don't try to make myself out as being 'cleverer' than the next man. Even if sometimes, I am. But it's a 'cleverness' based on experience and hard-earned knowledge in this case, and knowing how to read and understand a legal document closely. Even though I'm not a lawyer. But an RNS is a 'legal document. On Friday at 07:06 you posted this: " If you can’t read simple english that this will resume trading on 19th, why should we care what else you have to say?" You want a fact? Today's the 19th. Another fact? This share hasn't resumed trading. In short, you were wrong. And also used rude language towards me. But I'm very thick-skinned, so not bothered by rude language at all. Use it frequently myself. But only in the company of friends. I don't expect an apology from you, because I suspect you're too thick-brained to be able to formulate one nicely. But that's your own problem, not mine. You have managed to make me laugh, though. Because your post continued with: "You are selling, so do us all a favour and plss off, so we can enjoy the ride with sensible discussion." No, I'm not selling, because I can't. Trading's suspended, remember? But I WILL DO SO as soon as trading resumes. If it ever does so, about which I retain certain doubts. And as for 'enjoying the ride'? Haha. And I thought it was a worthwhile stock until trading was suspended, drilling 'postponed' (which I take to read as 'cancelled' and possibly a pack of lies from the word go), the company went off to find a mail-order bride in Nigeria, and newsflow dried up. Now I hate the stock, because it represents 'frozen money' in my accounts, and if it ever returns to trading I'll sell it as fast as I possibly can, probably at a loss. By the way, you were one of the most vociferous against me the other day, saying I'd miss-read the RNS, and you owe me an apology for that. And you owe me a further apology for daring to cast doubt on whether I hold shares here, because it's tantamount to accusing me of lying, because I've stated that fact here more than once. And I don't like being called a liar.

I feel the likelihood of that occuring is extremely slim.

An apology from a few people would be nice, but I don't expect to receive one. Maybe they'll now try to learn how to read legalese language, though. The RNS in question was not ambiguous. Just obtuse. Deliberately so.

But had it been oversubscribed, and the book-build already closed, wouldn't we have heard about it by RNS this morning? Hey, read the RNS, for eff's sake. The 'placing' (which by definition includes the 'book-build') now has to be ratified by an AGM, date of which unknown. TICK TOCK. Ad infinitum.

Had the book-build been achieved, there would have had to have been an RNS to that effect. Plus the 'placing-price' published. Which hasn't happened. This will be an interesting BB tomorrow.
