Andro 07:59 - Utilised as in CO2 used to aid recovery of oil from low flow rate older wells. As per T&T EOR operations.
Rather than just shoving it in the ground for storage purposes.

I posted a few days ago with regards to revenue calculations for this year. However that’ll change as further wells from the latest Williston basin/ continental acreage are added.

As far as mcap I’m expecting a slow tick up from the purchases and acquisitions made. However that could all change with the paradox lateral drill in July and/or with results from the core samples and overlying reserves above.
At present though it is all holding steady

I've been looking for more data on SDX drills. Do SDX generally announce when they have completed a drill and moved to the next one. As they are using rig 101 I have a feeling they will have done the first one by this weekend (if they haven't already finished it). Maybe an announcement on Monday??

Also can someone just check that I am not going mad. People keep saying 3 drills for SDX but I work it out to be 4 actual drills from 3 locations. 1st 1160m, 2nd 1720m, 3rd 1600m and 4th 1790m.

I've reran my calculations with a 150m per day drill rate and a 2 day rig move/ setup and got it down to 48 days to complete their schedule. At 100m per day it is 69 days which would put us into July and outside of schedule. With the rig data MickTrick posted 150m looks very possible for rig 101. Allowing for a few extra days the last week of June is looking good for PRD to begin its Morocco adventure :)

Mine also showed as a sell. But no big deal as these different slices of cake are going to be tasty

This maybe a stupid question. But why was there a price monitoring extension after market closed hours? Anyone shed any light on that?

Great article Wacky. Thanks for reposting as not seen before. Just wish I understood geology better. A lot of reading to get through.
An interesting note I picked up skimming through was a more recent assesment (think 2005/6) which said that as well as the dry gas at GRF-1 there were also condensates. Could be an extra bonus... Although as you say we are aiming at the heart of the reservoir for gas.

I am still calling it a single exploratory drill though in my head (as per the market release). It's about setting achievable expectations and meeting those expectations. If they are exceeded.... well then it is time to get excited.

Morocco has many advantages over Egypt. Proximity to Mainland Europe (Spain) is one. Pipelines and supply to Europe has previously been discussed....
GRH has mentioned many times cost per unit in Morocco for PRD is greater than Egypt or T&T

With the just released RNS they are confirming the ONE drill to the market with an expected timescale. Why would they put that additional drills will follow when they have not had the first 'exploratory' drill? If they did not happen it would be a backwards step. We do not want that. Let the first happen, see what is there and then there is still time for other things to follow... Who knows where we will be come end of July

Some have already picked up on a few things I thought and others added even more! Btw my stiff drink is coffee this morning.

30th June is still June and brings the date forward from my original mid July forecast. If the first drill is done by ‘this’ weekend then we know we are on and the have the fast drill capability. Last 3 drills are deeper though so expect slightly longer schedules than the first.
By August we could be on something big from just this one part of the cake.

I was looking at the Moroccan drills. Which are 3 pads/locations but 4 actual drills. Egypt didn’t even cross my mind.
Will have to look at rns again.

Micktrick if that link is true for the timings and they are utilising that rig then forget my timescale.

Lets see when/ if SDX announce the first drill complete. Can gauge it from there....

1st drill is 1160m so they will probably have that done by next friday
2nd drill is 1720m
3rd and 4th drills are from the same pad and 1600m and 1790m
Based on 100m a day that is 70-75 days including moving from place to place. And I'm sure the rig crews have break days between while they are moving the rig about.

I'm guessing SDX will be done by Mid July

Guercif to Gharb Basin is 400km distance so doubt that they will 'pop over' and complete our drill in between.

Could be right on those 3m being held buys. Once that cleared it only took a little bit to throw it north. Even a 3.35p buy showing late. After hours coming in could be interesting.

Following todays announcement and the addition of The Continental acreage I've done a few quick sums....

Based this on the Iverson well and the payment received for April and then discounted it by 10% to allow for any oil price changes or production variations.
So:
1 x well @ $125k per month - 5 months (April to August) x $125k = $625K

Then September onwards payments received from all 5 completed wells
5 x wells @ $125k per month - 5 x $125k = $625K

So by September we will have $1.25M cash (remember that figure)

Onto Expenditure (Just oil production here as not including Paradox)
$170k to purchase The Continental acreage (I know it was from current cash reserve but just for illustration)
$135k to drill 2 new wells of which drilling has commenced
$710k to drill 22 future proposed wells

Total Expenditure = $1.015M

So end of September $1.25M cash Less $1.015M Expediture = Positive cash balance of $235k

From then on the 5 active wells are making ~$625k per month. So just from them by year end a positive cash balance of over $2m. Then with the newly drilled wells coming online from Q1 onwards with further well drilling right through 2022 and into 2023.

As for exploration. The paradox lateral is funded for July 2021 and then by July 2022 we will be fully funded for further exploration drilling just from the production (if someone hasn't already stepped in following the Paradox/ Cane Creek drill). Will be interesting to see what is penciled in....

I often buy my shares by seeing a little background information that makes me think that it’s something worth looking at. My initial zephyr holding started a long time ago and was regularly sitting on a small loss. Only over time that I have taken to reading and viewing more and checking the boards such as these to see people’s views and comments.
The one thing that has really struck me is how confident the board are. No mixed messages. A clear path. And willing to put the work in. All fronted by CH.
Genuinely looking forward to seeing how things progress and hopefully pocket a couple of quid on the way.
