TGB2 is regarded as the best chance of commercial success for this drill 50-138 BCF estimate (P90 to P50) with a 57% COS.
TGB2a (1,145-2,678BCF) and TGB3 & TGB4 (426-879BCF) are huge prospects though.... will find out more once the drill is completed....

Vegas, I’ve been looking at a 5-7km radius from mou-1 but not spotted anything yet. Good news is that Morocco data updates every couple of days and often very little cloud so can do good comparisons.
Are we confident that mou-4 will be next drill? Just so I know not to look elsewhere. Very limited data on actual location but think it’s just north of the main road at present. Any other info greatly received

Latest satellite images show that the pad preparations are looking good. Changed from a sandy sheen to a dark brown so must be preparing the top surface.
The road way is also fairly clear now on the images.
All preparations looking good for next week to bring the equipment in.

I was thinking about that the other day and did wonder what steps they would use to achieve these.
I was also thinking about their oil interests. The energy conference in Trinidad started yesterday and was plenty of mention of environmental impact and CO2. Was also wondering if ZPHR would start looking at EOR style opportunities to enhance their Responsible Stewardship profile whilst maintaining a steady cashflow in the future.
Great to see them making this step and taking responsibility.

After a month of parity in May we were expecting June to be the month of news. Hasn’t disappointed.
Is there another (virtual) conference towards the end of the month? Or am I imagining things...

MEM posted yesterday and again this morning. Why look for new when the old is readily available. All existing infrastructure. No new permits. Maybe just some small work overs required. And all to be extracted by EOR to help T&T meet CO2 requirements.
Could even be a 3 way JV. Can imagine a lot of companies currently knocking PRDs door over that one. Estimated 1 billion Bbls in the ground. Just gets better....

The McCoy option they have just decided not to take it up. Basically because there is still nothing concrete to take up at present.
The Paradox drill is now more important at this stage over the coming months anyway.

"the Board does not intend to seek to negotiate an extension to Zephyr's existing option on the McCoy acquisition beyond the current expiry date of 30 June 2021. That said, the seller of the McCoy asset has confirmed that the Company will be given a right of first refusal for participation in the project, should the seller seek funding once development plans are solidified."

Completely OT but the beach sand CO2 method is project vesta. There is an entire website on it. They use a ‘green sand’ called olivine (Mg2SiO4). Maybe of interest to people who are interested in alternatives.
Sorry it’s not related to PRD but an interesting concept as well.

Thanks Sefton. Wasn’t really thinking of my basic chemistry then but understand the flaws in my idea.
The idea of the air capture units is a good one. I’ve seen them and they are developing. Can’t remember the efficiency of them but can be used anywhere as you say.

Slightly unrelated but I remember also reading of a project which spread pellets onto beaches. Again the substance of the pellets escapes me at the moment. Then the tide would break these up on the beach which then fed the organisms in the sea. These would then take CO2 and deposit in the depths of the oceans. I can’t remember the exact percentage of beaches that would need this but it wasn’t a high number for the world to be carbon neutral! Sorry completely OT.

Just a thought.... How about CO2 pipelines? We have gas and oil ones so why not??
Not necessarily to individual targets but to the vicinity of large oil field complexes which can then be fed as required. Would offset environmental transport costs. I’m not saying that it is necessarily the most cost effective method but just wondered if any case studies had been conducted.
(Not necessarily a requirement for T&T but just thinking out loud)

Cmcc unfortunately I do not know all the answers as there are much more experienced o&g people on here that can answer those but can let you know what my knowledge stretches to.
I’m expecting around a 16-17 day drill. Star valley are some rapid drilling team. They run the rig down for about a 48 hour period before a similar period of no drilling then continue again.
When drilling however they will usually know if they hit something at the different expected intervals. That however will probably not be relayed as communication unless they want to but once drilling is completed an rns along the lines of testing to commence on x, y, z which had shows of gas/ oil/ condensate could be expected.
Then analysis will commence. This is dependent on equipment. But seeing how well organised PRD are I expect this will be ready to go. From this they may decide to focus on a single prospect that they see as being best or establish that another is not viable. As there are a lot of choices here I’m not going to guess which way they’d go.
They will also perform flow testing (days) and pressure testing (weeks) to finalise a commercial find at latter stages.
Remember this is an exploration drill. People will highlight that this is already de-risked and PRD will extract as much information from this drill as they can from which it will de-risk further the future drills.... of which there are many.
Sorry I can’t be anymore specific but I think by mid July we will have a lot of answers
