Not sure why people are so anxious about an RNS for information that has already had an RNS.....
In the 14th Sept RNS they state "Once the Acquisition is completed (which is expected by 7 October 2022), Zephyr will operate approximately 45,000 gross acres in the Paradox Basin, the majority in which the Company holds a 75% or greater working interest."

Expected 7th October.

Has anyone ever bought a house and actually completed on the 'expected' date. I certainly haven't. Always lots of additional legal requirements.

More interested in when the BLM permit arrives, which shouldn't be that far away now.

The delay in Tunisia has cost massively.
The supposed Tunisian enhanced production rates (although the company does not give guidance!) are 358, 173 and 750 boe/d. Giving a total of 1281 boe/d daily increased production.
Based on a $90 oil rate the company shows (From July 2022 presentation) a indicative net back of $35.4
That is a daily production income loss of $45,347. If that were for 300 days in the year (allowing for maintenance etc) that is a whopping $13.6m that the company has not achieved due to delays.

WIN-12bis will offer the biggest uplift in production. However that will not be in production until at least 5 months after they start the already massively delayed program of workovers and installing the artificial lift pumps. They say a rig will be available in Q4. However we are already in Q4 and this could mean it's available 31st December!

They need to go back and recalibrate the 3D seismic. I did say after the first failure that it was poor interpretation. Geological team need a rocket up them. Wasn’t it the same with Sabria?
Tunisia has been a year in the waiting. Think of all that money from extra output they’ve lost! Actually don’t as you’ll feel sick.

"Inniss-Trinity Field

The Group owns and operates 100% of the Inniss-Trinity field by way of an incremental production service contract ("IPSC") with Heritage. The IPSC has been extended to 30 September 2022 on an interim basis to allow for ministerial consent required for execution of a fresh EPSC effective 1 January 2022 and expiring on 30 September 2031. Within the field, regular well workover operations are undertaken on the existing production well stock, including well stimulation operations, reperforations, and repairs to shut-in wells, as and when appropriate. As with the Goudron field, the Group has identified certain well recompletion opportunities and is undertaking a comprehensive well optimisation and swabbing programme with the objective of achieving production stability, growth and longevity, and reduced field operating costs. During 2020 and 2021, a CO2 enhanced oil recovery pilot project was undertaken on the field and the Group continues to undertake technical work to evaluate potential to undertake further CO2 projects in other parts of the field."

And fingers crossed on the permitting process. Should be getting inching closer to the BLM approval.

I’ve in the past taken a few tips that Trek recommended. Only small holdings but pay a nice dividend. There was another Trek recommended. I ignored it and it dropped soon after. But looked again recently and I think I would have 4 or 5 bagged still from where it was. Always make your own decisions though.

Tim, did you send him any questions in regards to the water supply proposals for the wells and how they might go about implementing it? With the new acquisition they have good facility acreage now. So having storage bowsers and running pipe adjacent to gas lines would be possible and maybe with reduced permits. As already brownfield development.
I am also hoping that he pads out the requirements for recommissioning and approval of the purchased infrastructure.

That is for MOU1.
MOU2 is about 100 yards from the highway!

Some of the trolls tried to make a big deal about the location of MOU2 and frankly made themselves look silly. So no need to correct them. Was fairly obvious (to me) that the new chosen location was in close proximity to the highway which tied in nicely with the CNG project.

The infrastructure has always been in the Paradox. I think the problem has been that no one has taken any definitive ownership of it or wanted to invest in it which has slowed the company. By taking it into their own hands they can now control the outcome. A lot of legislative and redevelopment/ construction will still be required to get everything running, but it is now an achievable target.

A bit I did really like was the new pre drilled wells they picked up within this package. This could see a fast track of several new horizontals (maybe into overlying layers) and accelerate the drill process at a reduced cost. And as mentioned other wells for all important disposal.
They can also improve the roadway from the facility to the highway to enable easier access to WSU. Then develop the water pumping station on the same site with its much better access. It’s a great step forward. Several more to go and hopefully a presentation in the next few weeks to tie it into place.

They are pinning their hopes on poor seismic interpretation in Romania. The next one really needs to come in there.
Really need to start work in Tunisia. Barrels and barrels in the ground but still pumping at the same rate. Unable to get a rig as government owned drilling and the government are the ones wanting to make money while POO high which is understandable.
Need to find a solution rather than dithering as a lot more money in Tunisia than the big decline in Romania.

Sorry Keith. Need to correct you. The SP only traded very briefly in the 20s. Maybe less than an hour and on the morning of the Friday 4th June 2021. Then there was a midday rns and placing at 15p which took the wind out of that rise completely. The rest of the time from spud until the 6th July it traded in the 15-17p range if I remember correctly.
However I do agree that post drilling we are now in a much better place with even more knowledge of the geology than in the run up. So the SP should reflect this now.
