A question there is will they need the dominion pipeline? They are connecting directly to gas pipelines owned by pacific.
Dominion may be available in the future but not available now. So no need to wait for it.

I've had some other thoughts about the pipeline and purchased infrastructure. Probably no point trying to guess and need that CH Webinar to layout ZPHR plans

I think that was more likely in reference to drilling procurement items.

TC it is exactly what I hoped they were going to do a year ago. But they have gone the long way around to achieving it.
I guess if they are putting in a new pipeline it is as much work as refurbing the existing pipeline to the facility so have chosen that route for the state 16-2. It also includes a water pipeline so that one is covered as well.
They will need to purchase separators and other equipment such as metering equipment to have at well head. Once extended flow rates are known from state 16-2 tests they can get about specifying and ordering this equipment.

ZPHR submitted the Pipeline permit application a week ago. Hopefully this will be ready in the new year (based on previous timelines).

Rose Petroleum LLC proposes to construct, operate and maintain a 1.3 mile long pipeline south of Interstate 70 between Floy Wash and Solitude Wash. The proposed pipeline would connect the existing Rose Petroleum operated State 16-2LN-CC production wellsite to the existing gas gathering pipeline operated by Pacific Energy & Mining Company. Three pipelines would be constructed within the corridor: two gas pipelines and one water pipeline for future use. Rose Petroleum has applied for a 30-foot right-of-way (ROW) and a 50-foot temporary ROW that would be reclaimed immediately following construction. The 30-foot pipeline corridor would remain for the estimated 30-year lifespan of the pipeline.

The last RNS said about the mobilisation plan so not sure If we'll get one. Week or two to set up and then a spud rns I'd think.
Ground looking drier now so should be able to get the rig on site without too much issue

NTD. Yes there has been things progressing there for weeks. Slowly showing more bits there now after whatever was being done. Would have been nice to see progress pics on Twitter or something.
It’s most probably taking a bit longer getting all the bits in the same place at the same time due to supply issues. I’m also hoping that they start this shortly.

That'll mean that the UK will take in fracked gas to the system. How are Ireland and all the greens going to separate it as they refuse to have fracked gas?

Rig 118 will mobilise to site over the coming days, with the well expected to spud in the second half of this month. In the interim, the Company expects to set the conductor casing ahead of rig arrival prior to the commencement of the greater drilling operation.

State 16-2 looks like it is getting ready to go. Has had lots of activity for weeks. Hopefully commencement of longer testing soon.

Still no signs of this Q4 workover happening in Tunisia.... Unless they meant 2023?!

I wonder if they will go with Cyclone drilling again or see if someone else is free to go straight away.
Rigs 34 and 41 for Cyclone are both showing as being in Utah. Not sure on the current usage status though.

I reported this a few weeks ago before the company provided the last rns update.

At the beginning of the year 3 wells completed would have been possible.

From your reply 'expected to COMMENCE in the second half of this year.' It says COMMENCE the campaign not COMPLETE all off them. Two of them are from the same pad and wellbore so would have to be done separately. It took 4 weeks to drill a 5000ft lateral. These are double that so around 6-8 weeks each. Plus they need to drill the horizontal at around 3-4 weeks. Even with simple math that is longer than a quarter of a year and doesn't include any testing inbetween which can take a month or two.

Also, from 7th June RNS (which is a written update) "the Company is also at an advanced stage of planning for a three well drill programme on the Paradox project expected to COMMENCE in the second half of this year."

Even the third drill they have only just announced the contractual arrangement with Kirkwood a week ago. That process and negotiation has been going on for some time and now they can look at progressing the third drill. That will now depend on permits and rig availability plus when Kirkwood want to fit this into their planning.

It would be great if these wells were underway, and we wouldn't even have to have the conversation. Supply chain issues have delayed ZPHR with both the drilling and 16-2 testing. During this time they managed to pick up extra acreage that meant they could expand their plans further. Unfortunately, this has meant reapplying for permits and all the delays that has brought. The company didn't even expect the delays to be this long as that is why they set the presentation date.

Zphr were never supposed to drill 3 wells within this quarter. Although they were hoping to start the campaign this quarter which would run into next year.
The BLM will be having to deal with more than one permit from one company. Maybe they are like a lot of companies are very short staffed… Let the experienced staff take redundancy during covid... Can not recruit new people... This has happened across all industries.
I wouldn’t worry about it. It’ll get there eventually. Very little reason not to grant this one where it is. Just taking a bit longer than the impatient would like.
