Premium Chat and 'Data Grids' added. Data grids work a bit like watch-lists - they allow you to monitor a number of share prices at once, in less space than the detailed Share Price windows. Much the same as standard General Chat, you can create topic threads here that are not necessarily related to an individual share i.e. 'Trading Questions'. We hope this is a valuable addition to your Premium Chat membership.

Answers (or help) on a postcard, please. - Live platform: Testing for reliability at present, but no sign of the hardiness we need from it yet. - Plus markets feed: Great and on the list...but way down (lots of other developments in hand as we write this). Dear Luke / flyfisher, Yes, there is a filter facility. On the share chat home page, there is a blue bar, just above the posts titled, 'Filter'. If you click this, you will have the option to filter out posts, or users. I hope that helps, Regards, Admin

Hi, Yes, this is something we've looked at. I don't think it's quite so straight forward as that however, when you get into it. For instance, if you bought 100 RBS shares, then sold 50 of them, then bought a further 100 - you have a total holding of 150 shares, but there isn't a straight forward 'percentage gain' figure, as there is two purchase dates, and one sale date. We are looking at transaction history, which would show you a break-down - and we can also add an 'average purchase price' figure, which would show the average percentage increase (or decrease) - but I think that's about the nearest we'll be able to get. Apologies to all for the technical issues we experienced today, around 12:40pm. We are seeing ever increasing traffic on the website, and have scheduled a further infrastructure upgrade for later this week. Thank you for your patience in the mean time. Admin

Thanks OF13. We have already banned all 4 ID's you mentioned and do monitor IP addresses internally. The idea about adding a comment when reporting a person is appreciated and we will look to add this function.
