Jgbb123, I'm hoping, that AFC are using this CEO change to maybe flush out this short. I'm 50/50 in thinking that maybe they decided to hold of with news about stuff and drag out the CEO appoiment just so they can let this drop right down, so they can unload this short maybe.

If this is not what they are doing, then they are just completely useless.

They announced TAMCO deal and 1 year on no other details. What is the reason for all this delay and constant news where nothing ever happens.

Good price to get back in. You cannot really loose at this price, even if it drops to 9p in the short term you can still guarantee 18-20p at sometime in the future 12 months.

I was speaking to a friend earlier who knows a lot more than me regarding what is going on here and he believes that AFC will want this short to be taken out so will allow some silicence etc and get this lower that once the short is out of the way they will ramp this up with a load of news and build on any momentum.

Which is what I was thinking and makes sense.

The problem with this award that Speedy have just won is this.

How many other companies, will just go with price above Green credentials, it seems like Speedy is really trying and this is great, but it also confirms that Speedy are very unique with this approach and many companies don’t need to really bother.

Having a Green product with a great price seems key and I fear that all AFC can offer is a Green product at a very costly price.

AFC have not given any information regarding unit pricing, so who knows.

But I’m starting to wonder if these units are costing 10 of thousands to make and expensive to service etc and this is the problem.

The whole point of ISA accounts, plus not changing 0.5% Stamp on AIM is to get people to invest for growth.

Then some slimy hedge fund, is allowed to slap a short on some stock and cause a self fulfilling situation.

And they can just leave it on forever, without any real consequences, until they return the stock.

I really think, shorting should be looked at.

Spacerat, its clear to see that this should be 20p ATM but they are letting Helikon out so will just use all the bad news against AFC while this happens.

If they get someone decent, then this will hit 20p quite soon, but they are taking their time so Helikon can get out.

Personally, i think they should make shorting illegal, or put a timeframe on any short.

LWHL Its quite simple, if you own 2 houses and buy another one, you should pay 30% sales tax on this house.

This will stop the gravy train that landlords are enjoying and free up millions of houses for the UK.

I noticed when interest rates went up, all landlords started pleading poverty and had "no choice" to up rents, I wonder if now they are coming down, will they start dropping rents??

I think anyone buying a third house should pay 30% tax on that house. This big augment that we need landlords is false, if all landlords sold up tomorrow, this would hand back over 2M homes to the housing stock and allow people to buy their own house for a decent price.
