AFC have treated shareholders over the past 4 months is despicable.

What the problem? If its production of units why not say we are getting business leads but we need 6 months to ramp up production.

50p a share sounds great, but it just shows how people lower the bar.

Many investors have spent years and years here and now they are thinking 50p would be good.

But this will get a lot worse in the coming months and now talk of being private will further knock the price down.

Amazes me how they frame house price rises like its good news. No one benefits from higher houses prices, house price inflation should really go onto inflation figure.

Yet all the experts say interest rates need to come down so people can afford a house. The BOE should put rates up until prices come down or they build more.

Banks, estate agents and people invested in home builders are doing ok with these crazy house prices but that's it.
