ToS, bear in mind it's not just a question of producing several PFS, our current strategy suggests that our board believes it can develop and operate three Tier1 assets. The absurdity of this should be apparent to everyone.

Q2 for PFS. The accompanying text appears to provide reassurance that the project is 'robust', which will hopefully allay any fears that they've encountered problems and that the intention is to provide a knock-out result, not simply a good one. Provided they're not being hyperbolic, it will be worth the wait - assuming we get that far.

I'm feeling pessimistic about the news we can expect on Wednesday about the PFS. I'm anticipating another fairly lengthy delay.
I have absolutely no basis for this supposition other than the fact it's grey and miserable outside and I have a mood to match.
Other than that, I think we can expect a fairly routine AGM and although there will be a higher than normal level of votes against the various motions, they will all pass comfortably. I'm not expecting an earth shattering RNS first thing on Wednesday and life will stumble on into Christmas with no excitement. I hope I'm completely wrong.

ToS, good idea. If you look at last years results I think I'm right in saying the total number of votes cast did not represent the total number of shares in issue.
By the way, HL are still dicking around with providing the relevant login details. I saw DBW's post but think everyone has a unique pin, although I may be wrong.

ToS, you've got me thinking now! I think you're referring to the percentages of votes cast, not the total number of possible votes.

ToS, no there isn't a 'default' position. You have to vote one way or another to make it count.

rcgl, agreed. If they thought they weren't going to get the specials through I guess they would have withdrawn them, and this in itself is interesting. It suggests there has been a divergence of opinion between BHP and NCM/CGP and it would be great to know why.
