Mogg, I hadn't noticed that either. It was recorded as another off-book transaction, so two options: Either is was an existing holder moving stock from one legal entity to another, or we have a large willing seller and a willing buyer. Given the negligible sp movement, perhaps it was the former?

SM, calling people liars is his stock in trade response to everything. On numerous occasions he's accused me of claiming I have an inside track to Caldwell and therefore I'm a liar. I have never made this claim, indeed, I've never spoken to SC and I don't recall ever having emailed him. When I've challenged him to provide the evidence he goes quiet.

For his benefit the only contact I've had with the company has been limited to Fawzi, with whom I had a number of exchanges, and one email response from Stackhouse. I have recently exchanged a couple of emails with Irwin, and, as far as I can remember, that's it.

His problem is that his memory is hopeless and to get round this he simply makes stuff up and insults people with whom he disagrees.

Orthern, as I pointed out in an earlier post, NM is the director with responsibility for exploration, so having a comment from him makes perfect sense. The announcement was approved by Caldwell.

BBG, they don't understand the consequences of their actions. The company has been riven by division and disruption for a very long time and to create even more at a time when we're actively talking to interested parties is just utter madness.

Caldwell has known for some time that he's facing opposition, so isn't it more likely that this has been planned? Whatever the answer I just hope he isn't on his way out. Fort &Co seem determined to destroy our chances of getting a decent exit.
