Was it you that got fleeced (like me) in osmetech shares some 20 years ago. I had them registered at my mum and dads address as my mum had some too. My dad still gets calls from a company in us, glenwork diagnostics I think wo did the reverse takeover and took shares in a company that had a revolutionary patented (the vaginal nose lol) medical invention. somehow although the invention was ready to go, placings then reverse takeover took my £8k investment to about £160 on the American market, so many people got conned from phone calls telling them you still have shares at they are wanted at x amount of thousands, we will deal with it and your shares will reap x amoun of 1000's, I said the only time I spoke to them around 12 years ago, yes ok I'll sell. they said ok send a cheque for 25% of they value and we'll transact for you. I googled the company and saw so many people had been fleeced , reported it etc etc. My dad is still to this day getting calls from America asking for me, regards these shares. Absolutely amazing but true.

Oh and so many thousands of others that died a death too. Span made a comment and he once got into rows with me when I tried to put theses truths out there a couple of years ago, think he has lost the lot now too. I just have 600k shares in this left which is why I posted again after so long just never bothering

I just truly want other small guys to get it and not get robbed of money like I did

For the vulnerable small investors
Example 1. those manipulating sp will hype it up (pump and dump) then sell at premium, not only do they (mm's brokers and circles combined) then sell a series of continual shorts, they also put so much lower big buy orders on so to get it dropped there MM's cash in too for the next load of bull to make again. Its a crazy world but on way down they get all stop losses panic sellers and new buyers conned half way through drops etc etc that its now a bargain low when the target is much lower. Think about it all, Ive learned all this the hard way, and am just back on this bb as have 600k shares from moons ago, once worth 12p a share touted in ft as soon to be £1 which my average was 3.6p a share and reckon still is as I did take some out but lost that money in more conning crap aims and bod nonsense too

I tell you what, if ever one day I open account to short I will tell people on bb's, and tell them I've gone short and why, not cheat them to buy so I can make more.

Have no morals, and I feel the same about those with no morals in this business as I do about someone that robs from an old lady.

Why do pi's find out on the day a fund raise is done and not the 2 or 3 months prior that it was actually done and millions of shares were borrowed and sold in to reduce the moving day average, then one month later a series of good or hype news flow occurs, yes almost always. no mate is the answer to the next question, and like span for 2 years or more I aint touched it, if I ever do again, now that I can read it and know it, the only way I would invest is to be a sh** hypocrite and short account

Shorting is too easy to become collusive and detrimental to true value, in this racket it is all too prevalent and legalized embezzlement whilst hyping little guys money and then again again again, and that is filth in my book.
Its as bad as knocking at an old ladies door telling her you come to help as there is a problem with her water and she is losing money, tell her go turn a tap on then knowing it was pension day steel her purse and run. But mm whistle blowers (google it) have told how the rules work. There would be clarity and no legalized embezzlement, hence very few dealings in aims if there were monitored fair/clarity rules. And how would that help the industry lol, and what would it do to revenues, and revenues from where all the wealth is spent, there would be no money go round and lots of unemployed if the suckers were no longer paying for it. It would be like selling petrol and cigarettes and alcohol tax free.

Tell me why you think merkel had shorting (and I think out of hrs trading ) banned in germany, and why in certain states of America it was banned too, and during the banking crisis shorting was banned in America completely but never in the uk despite much lobbying , reasoning and petitions being submitted to mps and raised the questions to the house.

I've read some of your posts about sp being controlled by Market forces and I totally agree with that comment lol.
But Who do you deem to be the market forces?
And would you agree or disagree that in aim market shares should not be loaned to sell via brokers.
Would you also agree that share sps should be created from supply on demand basis (other words clarity) and shorting shares/selling in etc by the privileged be outlawed?

many people have sid about codes in trades. I have seen so many times what I refer to as mm's/broker msgs and even though so many times I read it correct and never act on it thinking no way, I'm sure they and some sort of codes exist and are set , they cant use mobiles they'd get caught, even dark pools are searched for now after they got caught in real shares.
Other day and I posted it, I read msg .44 when it was tanking into .5's from . 6's. I actually referrede to it in a post then later put the .44p trhat I had read in the msg. and it closed .445.
Yesterday I read two, first was .72 ithimk and then later saw another at .23. Make of that what you will but I'm sure one of those two, even both maybe, may be seen ,,,,,,,,lets see

What did you enter at. A rule I try to tell everyone if you can slice for a free ride (no I got greedy too to my peril) then do it. Even if not cos it does a day spike on lots of hype buying, that may even be a organized pump and dump for the rich in aims, so set a trailing stop when tyou see it spike above your double bubble, I did that at least but like a dick bought em back at lower 6p I think and here we are.

Don't really count as this is an aim share with lots of dirty fingers in it above the dirt of aims.
I know this share inside out, and know all whats gone on for many years,,,,,Many facts that are appalling.
So in relative answer should the sp reflect anywhere near asset value with no drill it would be at least 2p simply where we are today with shares in issue today.
Again without a proof of concept well, magna who are still invested and in my opinion still lurking and assisting in sp down, agreed that 15% of cambay was worth $6million (that meant they pay 15% future cost too) the climate was different, but bear in mind all the things I have said and do your own calcs.
Not only now a poc but also pipeline and infrastructure in place to supply local grid.
Bear in mind too oilex have bhandut which has a nice asset value bullet trucks wells and pumps too.

TRying to put a true value on oilex is difficult as they are sat on billions of oil and gas.
But for examples, to develop and get where they are has costs 100's of millions, ok that may be by the by, BUT.
One proof of concept well ( 77h) cost $12million plus the overheads another $3million, yes that was a proof of concept productive well, the last drill. Then after that they opened up 73. Not onlt these points but now there is pieline all set up that was providing local grid, so many other assets too, plus bhandut field. what is it worth just those bits.
