There are two wells linked to pipeline, never has it been known exactly what they can output together, now they are simply switching from one to the other. From last detail 73 the much lesser of the two wells is seemingly supplying demand. Whats the point here.

The strangest thing is that the contractor wished to be un named, Can only think of one reason for that.
Why would a gas and condensate company in India wish to remain unnamed ???????

&&h on a stand alone basis supplied all local demand.
It was stated that due to poor marketing local contractor did not take all available to produce and that oilex would seek to correct that. Oilex in fact renegotiated the contract that the supplier would take excess as and when needed.

These two wells, will be forgotten about as 73 was for so many years and the two lucrative wells were when 76 was the big issue and two major wells disappeared off the radar, not even been returned to for a work over ,, well why would you?

Who the anonymous company are and more importantly who owns it. A company that cannot even market excess production in india where apparently they are crying out for it rather than expensively import it.

Realism is, If oex were to manage to sell bhandut, they would be able to finance drill and run on.
If not they will need finance. When finance is needed deals are done well prior to you and I knowing about it. That's why sp drops well prior to it being announced (selling in, or borrowing to sell knowing prearranged deal)
Other than that oilex would need to sell part percentage (as once arranged and bull with magna) for drill programme.
Cant think what else. In the mean time arbitration and soak up of your diluted shares.

What is your view on the ridiculous statement about a gas sales contractor remaining anonymous, about initial supply of 77h without proper test supplying all demand on stand alone basis and then in a country with so much apparent need for oil and gas on a cheaper front, unable to take (still remaining anonymous) all that can be supplied.

Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) advises that it has received notice from the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SAIC) that Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) has invoked the dispute resolution provisions of the Cambay Joint Operating Agreement (JOA). Pursuant to the order issued by the High Court of Gujarat, India (the Court), as announced by the Company on 5 November 2018, GSPC was required to commence arbitration proceedings on or before 1 December 2018.

But I read it as oilex requested court award 100% of cambay. and from this a dispute arose. Last update, I paste.

All I can say is I have to my peril learned in aims. The sp could spike tomorrow on sale of bhandut or different gas sales contract. Many would know that already and would have adjusted for such a spike.
However in general when it is good news and spike and no news to follow for a while then down down down to wherever the privileged want it.
The problem is the pi never gets close to the information that the privileged have about whats going on , what will go on etc etc.

Oex switches between 77h and 73 to produce demand, both are linked to pipeline, why no demand from a anonymous gas sales contractor ( see who has majority of gas sales contract in a country with high demand for both oil and gas)

As I would love to see this at 3p yesterday, i'm not in your position and had basically written my money (pittance left ) off.
But many things stink to me.
It was agreed a long time ago that oilex would go ahead alone withy 7h and receive all revenues were it a success.
How do oilex fund this,,,,,,,,Sale of bhandut was only way or sake of interest in cambay.
Every quarterly report until the last one sept 2018, (when it disappeared under BHANDUT) stated that oilex were in discussions with interested parties over sale of its interest over bhandut
Also the gas sales contract, why is the contractor anonymous, why was contract renegotiated that contractor would purchase surplus produced as and when required...….|Yes a new md but it stinks.
