focusIR May 2024 Investor Webinar: Blue Whale, Kavango, Taseko Mines & CQS Natural Resources. Catch up with the webinar here.
Firstly well done, you have done with your investment exactly what every pi should do and what I should have done.
If you are up and think this may go back to .6@s anytime in the future todays entry with 25% of your profits (then watch to see what happens to sp) is not a bad stance.
News, this is to highlight that all should do their own research regards arbitration process. I had shares in chl and oxs.
The arbitration process is not something dealt with in weeks. Firstly they assemble a panel of agreed arbitrators. Then the arbitrators will give dates for parties to present their case, remember GSPC invoked arbitration too.
Generally a law firm will be representative of the company, (very costly)
Yes there is always possibility of settlement but remember Gspc invoked.
The good point in oex favour is although it is ambiguous as we don't know case for arbitration yet, the judge has ordered that gspc pay its current and future portions of JV agreement.
Regards your last post to me, that's pretty much how I see it too, although I wish I'd sold and bought back on every organized (for the sophisticated funders) spike.
Has arbitration started then?
Did you get some at these levels, think my last purchase was at 2.3p, with losses from stgr, which I purchased with losses from here lol
I don't think you or I will be out of this the weekends in 2019 lol
I have no shame in admitting I'm a loser. Most importantly I have no shame because I have learned only too well why I am a loser along with hundreds of thousands of others in aim stocks
Get real, if I was a player I wouldn't be telling all the facts I know would I?
I'll ramp more as meant oilex has a large % of bhandut too where there are above ground assets as well as a wealth of reserves, 100's of millions used to establish bhandut too, possibly even bhandut is worth more than the mcap today without cambay.
Cambay and the new director. It is my honest belief that 73 and 77 are able to be put back into production, same as other old wells, yes I watched all the bull for years and it stinks.
Oilex could also gain a bigger % of cambay, so is my ramping working blu.
Yes the current sp is a bargain, but its aims mate
Small pi's have no influence on an sp. I would never give advice to sell at these levels even if bough at little .6's as it could double even triple in a couple of months maybe even on a deal. GET REAL BUDDY.
My advice to small investors is sell when you can free ride . Don't get dragged in, free shares can still make you good sums with half the shares and your money back Had people followed that Rule?
Oilex is sat on a wealth of reserves
Oilex has a different director
Oilex was valued at $6million for 15% of cambay, with no poc and no pipelin and infrastructure to supply local grid from cambay
Oilex owns a large percentage of cambay too.
All that oilex have inmho means the mcap should be around $25m with prospects of being $200m with a successfully multi fracced 78.
Can you please digest this, I am not a deramper, Have not purchased or sold a single share for probably 2 years. OEX is my only holding.
I am a realist and yes I have a great interest as once I felt this was my baby of riches. I have said so many times not only what I think oex is worth based on fact, but this is an aim share and I learned not only what has gone on here but a lot about aims too. so If I choose to share that, I will if it in any way helps other small investors from being lured to go to the wall. Oilex is worth so much but look, it isn't is it on paper WHY?
Can you post exactly how much is owed to oex by gspc.
Can you give your opinion why gspc are at arbitration
Do You have an idea of what would be current cash reserves for oex and monthly outgoings.
Wat would be the cost of 78 a multi frac well in todays climate.
You are here daily and into oex so you will obviously have more knowledge than me about how things stand today as apposed to years gone by (my knowledge)
The answers to questions such as these are what woulkd assist the small pi in their decisions rather than blind gambling on selective hype
Mannnan is another that has been around for donkey's years daily throughout the day, appears for ripe pickings on respective bb's. Quite obviously a successful trader / day trader or linked to a group. Cant knock in any way as said he mannnnan like others are still here and have been for years so obviously knows his/hers stuff. And that doesn't mean stuff will be shared with you lol
Of which there are many examples, but he is a prime one for this share.
He was a director of cairn (resigned at command petroleum and assisted buy out to cairn) and also then became a non exec here when share price was very affluent here, still remaining at cairn too. He also had his own advisory company (Ihl) which had a 5% holding in oilex. Whilst non exec here his advisory company got paid by oilex (us) and then some.
He is a tycoon and although resigned here when things went T*Ts up (read into this as you will) he will always be highly respected, has made fortunes out of oex, and will always step into another job.
What has the little pi made? will some ever even see their money back. ?
Or a broker, an institutution that funds aims, even the aims that eventually go to the wall WHY?
Also the likes of all directors in aims, and I use oex as example, They all get rich whilst small investor supports, whether they were anywhere from the 70p days to the fractions of a penny where it stands now. They not only will never go broke, if the aim stock does they made fortunes along the way as did all the others connected to the share
What is all this about the reply button and why? I'm old (That too lol) school on here
I can also tell you some facts, not what things are supposed to be.
Meetings outside work, one such meeting, broker , mm, and director had an argument due to what happened was not what was agreed to happen. Ist hand knowledge spoken to me 3 years ago
Remember they too can be a .64 entity today with lots of upside lol
But one thing is for sure, just like your shares it can turn to a .30 situation any day and you can lose a lot lol
All the influential and those that control sp, know all those ramp facts already. but with dirty fingers it don't suit to be too high does it? to influence a share sp at 3p is a lot more difficult than to influence it at .3 of a penny
Lots of rules in their business that's why they are all rich. What would happen if everybody was winning?, well there would be no losers. Look at it like a betting shop, what would happen if all punters won all the time?
What makes it rise is those that control the sp , it rises when has to (long story) but only if permitted.
