Watch the MCap not the dilution. Still good entry price for stable country copper play. Fundraising gives opportunity to average down and underpins price from here. Better to fast track production whilst worldwide inventories are critically low and demand increasing for foreseeable IMO.

TP working with Thales and the Royal Navy is mirroring actions being taken by the US Navy. The roles of autonomous navigation are expanding rapidly especially in the absence of reliable GPS. Unmanned marine and airborne operations are able to co-ordinate a combined force extending to the terrestrial environment in which TP is separately involved with US.

Can see an opportunistic approach coming in at £90-100m for whole company at this level. I value maritime at £55-£60m with its contracts and blue-chip earnings stream which [as you state] is in excess of current MCap. That leaves all the other constituent parts worth £30-£45m including cash element.....too cheap. Got to gap jump sometime in very short term imo.

Ridiculous difference in MCap and prospects. Hydrogen exposure, AI, robotics, space tech..............all onboard and MCap below £50m.....when will this company get the rerate it so richly deserves??? When it comes there will be one helluva gap-jump!

Agreed. Been watching and waiting. Finally reached inflexion point where upside is 'considerably' more than flatline. Demand for Cu is soaring and world warehouse stocks are at record lows. Rambler offers solid exposure to the demand. Am accumulating at this level.

This gives an idea of just how much the train refuelling hydrogen market will be worth......its huge, expanding rapidly in Europe with the U.K. close behind. Alston already have trains to go. TP are intrinsically involved in design and practicalities of the refuelling systems.
Dr Stuart Hillmansen: BCRRE are working with Vanguard STS, TP Group, and Fuel Cell Systems to develop bespoke dedicated refueling solutions for Railway Applications. We plan to use renewable electricity to electrolyze water and produce high purity hydrogen which can be used to fuel hydrogen trains. This product, known as the HydroHUB has been developed in a modular manner and is already used as part of the refueling system for HydroFLEX.

Mike Muldoon: A hydrogen train fleet, even if modestly sized (ten trains) has a rate of hydrogen consumption measured in tonnes per day. That consumption is highly predictable over a long term period. As such, it is attractive to what is an emerging market for hydrogen supply. For this reason there are many potential supply partners keen to be involved in supplying rail fleets. The hydrogen itself can either be produced on site at the refuelling station or drawn from other sources. When generated from renewable sources, it is entirely carbon free and can even have negative carbon content in certain circumstances. Alstom has formed a number of supply partnerships as part of our Coradia iLint contracts. Many regional authorities have industrial hydrogen footprint or renewable energy operators which are also keen to become involved. The fuelling process itself is proven and uses already standardised equipment developed originally for commercial road vehicles.

For me it's the number of doors that these partnership projects are opening. Many of them are high-barrier-to-entry secure operations. Whilst I agree that the company is spreading itself thinly the quality of the partnerships is enviable. That alone adds intrinsic value to the group either by way of desirable contracts or predatory value. If you have the strengths, why not exploit them. Each area in which TP is involved is growing strongly so an excellent time imo to divest maritime at a significant premium. It does however make the whole group vulnerable to predatory interest either during or shortly after the divestment. Sum of the parts is certainly more than the current MCap by some margin.

Good finds OT (welcome aboard) and Turnkey. Only a matter of time before more investors wake up to the multiple applications that North* and Antsondeck can cover. This evolving (And patented) technology is at the forefront of exploration and unmanned combat/surveillance and avoidance enablement. Massive potential and all the know how is in-house.

The fact that Pressure Tech is involved in hydrogen rollout with Ingersoll Rand Inc is the key determinant here. There is massive interest at the moment in commercial vehicle hydrogen in Europe which will aid implementation of private vehicle hydrogen. It isnt just the manufacture and installation here. Pressure Tech is uniquely involved in mandatory cylinder and system validation across the globe. The mandatory certification is and will be a key earnings stream in coming years as travel restrictions ease. One to tuck away with the increaed possibility of very pleasant surprise RNS's now the recent fundraise has reinforced the balance sheet.

When you look at the rise in Pressure Tech today on their announcement of hydrogen contract news it is only a matter of time before people realise the value of TP involvement in the evolving industry. TP has been at the forefront of submarine gas technology for over 50years and its expertise and IP is directly applicable to current green shift.

There is so much networking going on behind the scenes. TP is certainly gaining traction in highly influential groups and government advisers.

Hi TT, I have to disagree on that one: the Irish Sea is constantly productive [have passed many times from IOM to England via Heysham and Liverpool], ditto the site off east coast Yorks and the one opposite me offshore Brighton. As for water lift, Dinorwig has been filling in power for National Grid since 1984. TP is in the right place at the right time. Just needs to attract the backing as it raises its head above £50m MCap.

But you're basically using off-peak from any source. This is usually green as the wind turbines are generating 24/7/365 and the biggest problem is storage. There is little storage capacity for excess grid electricity, Dinorwic? and various novel battery arrays spring to mind but otherwise sparse. Using off peak to generate hydrogen (and oxygen) and storing the gasses as pressurised liquids certainly seems a sensible option where appropriate. The application of the same technology in climates of high solar radiation is even more efficient.

TP has vast experience in submarine atmosphere control, basically the production of oxygen from water and hydrogen (which is vented) plus the scrubbing of CO2 by absorption. All 3 are directly now in demand for applications outside submarine environments. TP has a legacy of expertise and is consequently applying its tech to a variety of needs. They are also experts at high pressure generation and storage. Lots of scope.

You really do have to ask when will the market wake up to all the technology on board here. Northstar is the elephant in the room IMO but to have 50+ years of atmospheric management expertise in gas production, absorption and control is playing directly into high growth green arenas. Especially as that speciality is absolutely focused on hydrogen and oxygen, both in key areas of interest at present. Add in the AI, aerospace and space consulting, 3D special management and recent 5G.........one day Rodney, the penny will drop. The catalyst will be crystallisation value of maritime.....assuming the suitors don't wish to take on all the other added value components. Interesting.

Investor led short-squeeze would indeed be interesting here. Ideal candidate as its exactly the opposite of a no-hope high street shop.
