Is relatively easy to spot. First you buy up all the (quoted) competition then you expensively buy a product to sell to the world. Finally, sit back and watch it all fall apart. Buying into this company now would be an exercise in the oft quoted process of catching a falling knife. They now find themselves with a large debt, declining profits and increased competition from unquoted competition. Somewhere in there is value after all the debts have been paid off..
