Very interesting, talks of contracts signed up to 1billion pounds in May. Obv due to Covid these have been ‘pushed back’ or ‘fell through’ which is why the market has hammered the SP.

No confirmation from the company has put pi’s sitting uneasy, they’ve not confirmed these contracts have fallen through and are talking about a 2 trillion European market and a 3 trillion US market, both untapped!! Crazy

I mean why would the ceo pay 5-6 times todays value for such a large amount of shares if he knows this is headed down sh its creek? Risky but potential for massive rewards here (i’m talking ten bags plus if news of material contracts land anytime soon).

Considering covid situation the world has been stood still, so don’t fully blame these guys for delay in news etc. I’d prefer more of a delay and contracts landing than a rns stating they have nothing.

Some big buys going in since i’ve been in the last week and lots of potential here. I’ll be averaging up tomorrow having taken 5m at 0.07 last week. Definitely worth the risk after weighing factors up and potential rewards (for me at least!). GL

Last week ceo zamboni exercised options as follows:

Settlement of the Call Options will be in cash and SYME shares owned by TAG. The consideration element of the transaction in SYME shares has been calculated at an average of 0.48 pence per share, being the historic valuation agreed by the concert parties shortly after the reverse take-over.

Quite a statement of intent (given he didn’t have to and could have bought as many as he wanted on the open market at a fraction of the price).

Not sure how accurate the previous list of shareholders i posted was (likely outdated) as of 07/07/20 following shares were held by institutional investors and individuals:

That’s a massive amount of shares held tightly, something is clearly going on with some of the trades printed today (most im red as sells, but I don’t believe they were real time sells, maybe transfers? Not sure exactly but hopefully we’ll get some clarity soon).

ShrewdMole i think the clue is in the description, within a month of ipo they were found out. Ipo here was over 4 months ago

Doubt it, if there was any wrongdoing they’d have been pulled up on it very quickly after ipo. When a shares been hit with a 90% decline you are bound to (and rightfully) get disgruntled pi’s.

Well said SM, risky times to buy but most rewarding if and when it turns. Given ipo only a few months ago which put this on the main market and not aim. I think their most recent update was very transparent.

With covid delays sp was always going to take a hit, but doubt many expected this kind of battering where it’s 90% down from hear highs. When it turns, theres so much upside from these prices. Let’s wait and see

For the record, my record is way better than yours LOL. My last bagger was last week at TRAF, similar to this with a oversold SP, watch it bounce on TR1 Just like over there.

Over 30m in sells today and yet still close to and above 0.09 to buy. We know you’re here looking for a cheaper entry, so get your buy in soon or you’ll be paying more than you sold for lol

The SP article? They get it wrong more often than itsagame or whatever he’s called boards trains LOL

Their issue is around the accounting issue. Which is why the SP is down over 90% since ipo in March. Reason last week article was released was to back up earlier statements, nothing new.

I suggest reading through last update.
