They’ve narrowed the spread to incentivise traders given the volume totally died out.

Buys can push as hard as they want but this drops again as soon as a few sells appear.

The market never priced this at 0.25 as such, it always valued it higher (250m mcap 24 months ago without any discoveries) - the reason it went down there was LB proving an 80% mates rate discounted placing to someone (likely a friend of a friend).

The market has always held he1 in higher regard based off historical data, neighbouring fields, surveys etc heck even directors were buying up shares over 8p less than 24 months ago.

Just because the last 18 months have been a sh*t show doesn't change what’s in the ground, it just points towards an incompetent and greedy board. That same greed is going to see us hit 6p very soon.

Building at this price will look like a steal on results next week - ignore the noise, they’re just looking for cheaper entries. Or better yet, use this time to build a decent holding.

The price isn’t dropping (or rising) due to anything said on this board, the share is very liquid with over 30,000 trades in the last week (there might be one or two idiots that follow the brain dead bunch but nothing more than that, certainly not hundreds or thousands of traders).

Mm’s create this type of environment before/during rerates as standard.

Investing anywhere on aim is a gamble, one that i’ve weighed up here and feel will go handsomely in my favour.

Why should anyone care about he1 - a company with so much distain for their lth they let the SP fall from 25p to 0.2p. An 80% discounted placing just so their friends could benefit from the inevitable rise, at the expense of lth.

No denying there’s a potential world class resource in play here and that’s why I’m here.

Be patient, she needs this at 6p more than the traders need it here at 2p so they can run lol. It will get there and it wont be long (in most peoples timeframe)

I will say this, Tang loses an almighty ace card if he ever decides to take this private, his worth currently will be established based off the mcap here - he’ll get more money selling his shares on the open market on approval given he indirectly holds nearly half the company and on approval he’ll be quids in (quite literally if the SP is reflective of the asset). Compare that to just having the licence, he loses all his leverage with Power China and the govt.

If he wanted to suspend, he could’ve not filed accounts, appointed Christian in the first place when previous NED resigned or stopped keeping it afloat with Polo funding. I hear what you guys are saying and will vote with you (against the resolution tomorrow) but all i’m saying is it doesn’t add up for me.

You’ve been anti Tang for a while but this is the man with the ‘connections’ - via the ghosts that are communicating with govt and also the big one in Power China.

With the recent update, they’ve already stated they’re actively looking for a NED (see below). In simple words - If it was a case of suspension and taking private with removal of Christian, nobody is throwing 500k away, which would be the case here. So please advise

- The Board currently consists of the Non-Executive Chairman (Christian Taylor-Wilkinson), the Chief Executive Officer (Datuk Michael Tang PJN), the Finance Director (Keith Fulton), and the Chief Operating Officer (Gary Lye). The Board considers that its composition is satisfactory and complies with the QCA Code, however, is currently actively recruiting one or two further non-executive directors to improve its Board composition.

The non-executive director is considered independent of management and free from any business or other relationship which could materially interfere with the exercise of their independent judgement.

Some of the posters on here talk of a ‘3pm’ or tomorrow’ rise and are just feeding their own delusion. Timeframes have been given and the next big ‘rise’ will come then and in anticipation just before it (i believe next week but some fomo will help on Friday).

A 10% rise today on the back of yesterday’s retrace due to a 600% rise is bloody fantastic if you ask me. Mm’s creating traders by moving up and down so they can leave them behind when they’re ready to move this up is just what they do, don’t fall for it.

Hold for helium gold! It’s there! And the market knows it! So do all the ‘derampers’ most of which have admitted to ‘investing’ here at some point in the last week. Lol

Donotpanic - do not panic! If no find then yes the SP drops, however we already know from recent update helium HAS been found, what we are waiting for is confirmation of commercial grade, which will arrive. Go back and look at previous rns releases and you will get your answers.

Now you mentioned the downside, you missed a small detail about the upside. On confirmation this moves up to previous highs, with today’s dilution that equates to around 8p SP.

They wont need to carry out a placing at that point, everyone WILLPANIC and want to partner up with HE1 to get dibs on the resource, form a partnership with the BOD! This isn’t the only license we have, there’s more…so much more….so do not panic!!

Build a holding at this price while mm’s create fear before a massive move north…and thank me later!
