I bought over 2m shares at an average of 0.45p. I had made over 10k on paper when Bid was at 0.80.
As for production, everything was working on point and at full capacity until struck by a natural disaster, which as confirmed by Rns had no material impact on machinery.
Regarding buyout, they rejected an offer of 11p a share few years ago before production took off. Now were producing and selling, paying only interest to lenders and there lies the problem. The debt is the problem, not the assets.
Sat on £1.4bn pot of gold with potential to explore further. Any buyout may result in new machinery, different methods for extraction, different board set up (new CEO is reason to believe there may be something in the pipelines), debt restructure or clear but this all if’s and maybe’s at this stage.
All i am certain of at this point is once debt restructuring rns lands the SP will be multiples of what is now. For me theres tens of thousands to be made here short term (not without any risk of course, but im happy to take that chance with what we know).
