Miners are facing a lot of problems with power supply;

Miners have raised concerns over power cuts that have affected production and want to be allowed to keep all their foreign currency earnings because they are disadvantaged by having a proportion paid to them in Zimbabwe dollars.

But that request was shot down by central bank governor John Mangudya who told the meeting the miners could not keep all their earnings in forex because the government needed some of the money to fund crucial imports like fuel, power and medicines.

Well I do feel the posting of a bit of fencing was scraping the barrel--it had the effect of reassuring a few people that all was OK at RHA.
For RHA to fully benefit from electrification the mine will need a constant and reliable source of power.
Power is a problem in Zimbabwe,connection to RHA is good what about the supply ?

Yes it takes a long time--the time is now and the IMO the company is in the right place.

Many posters have suggested dates but nobody can say for sure.
Never follow the BB for investment advice.

If it is this week expecting announcement to coincide with Zimb budget.
It would be a great opportunity for the government to confirm "Open for business" policy.
The government could also emphasise that the signing of various EPOs will attract foreign investment and create much needed jobs.
