Very disappointed with the RNS--very much old George Roach.
I want a clear and concise explanation as to where Prem is going,I don't want to read .."potentially a better option" is it a better option or not.
Whatever is said Prem does not have sufficient funds to satisfy the Roach ego,we put millions into RHA ..my paperboy generates more revenue.
I envisage that once again we will be working in the "grey area" needing more funds from shareholders.
Prem IMO has not the finance the expertise or the legalistic support to manage Zulu--yes he maybe negotiating JV but he will do this "on the cheap"
We do not have time to **** and fart about,the lithium bubble will only last for a few years.
So no..not happy George IMO your ego is running Prem.

Altag--I agree that Prem should be able to control the DFS without outside interference however, thereafter I do feel that by virtue of the very size of Zulu the company will have to "give" on JV matters

I do agree with Rob about the DFS however it is a big ask for Prem to operate a commercial mine at Zulu and exploit the EPO and keep all other balls in the air.

Company restructure would be my modus operandi.

iky786 I would like a JV with a smaller % of Prem.
The J V partners must have:
Sufficient funds as to fully commercialise Zulu without any further recourse to Prem shareholders.
Have in place staff who are global players in developing such assets
IMO we have serious shortfalls going it alone.
