Mines allowed to operate using WHO covid regulations.

The restrictions were going to be reviewed on 13 July however all sources appear silent.
Nothing about mine exemption has been reported to me,however that is not to say it does not exist.
Would be interested to read your research paper confirming no covid restrictions for Zimbabwe mines.

I understand the list below is part of the current covid restrictions introduced by the government following a swingeing increase in the spread of the virus.
The new restrictions came into force at the end of June.

Businesses are to be open from 8AM to 3:30PM only.
A curfew is in place from 6:30PM to 6AM.
Businesses are to operate at a maximum of 40% of staff on site, with the rest teleworking.
Travel between cities is suspended, except travel that supports food and medicine production.

Delays inevitable.
