Snowking--if the price rises much more the established mines will increase production and mines previously no viable will be reassessed.
As previously a lot of lithium miners do not consider prices higher enough to warrant expansion investment.
As the mining becomes viable the USA and EU will start production.
There is concern amongst the industry that additional production could be too much for the market and copy the retreat in price as previously seen.
The uplift in price is welcome however it does not come without consequence.

I must admit i am finding it difficult to foresee any JV agreement at RHA whilst the Zim government is the majority shareholder .
Prem does not have that long before the management agreement with the government has to be reviewed/renewed.
If the government does put up the funding does that mean that Prem will run the mine.

The on site test results will carry very little credibility,the investors will wish to see the results verified by 3rd party.
Only when these results are published will shareholders know the extent of the lithium asset.
