I wouldn't judge his merits just on the placing; the Roach factor remains an overhang.

Give him another 6/10 months to put his policies into place, and a very different company will emerge.

I think you will find that the share consolidation has been approved by shareholders at the AGM held on 5th June 2025. This means that Hill inherited the position upon his appointment.

Any placements, include historical debts run up by Roach, yes Hill, he is trying to sort it all out.

The floatation plant is another classic example of how many times Roach raised money for the new floatation plant; now it is left to Hill to actually raise the funds to buy the machinery and installation costs.

Hill has done a tremendous amount of work bring credibility back to Zulu.

You are trotting out some very weak posts.

But the pair of you have completely different agendas.

You and your team have promoted a long campaign of shareholder destruction, you have led the lemmings over the cliff with various forecasts of delisting, bankruptcy, etc, and it is true to say that Roach didn't make your task difficult.

Hill, on the other hand, has picked up the baton and is working to reverse the mismanagement on which you thrived.

Then the reliance on placements will diminish, not that they will disappear, just used as stop gaps.

The larger JV will arrive later in the year IMO, however, like you, I am expecting one or two to land soon.

This will aid cash flow.

He probably agreed on all the finances whilst in London.

I don't think he would release the RNS if he weren't confident of meeting the first payment.

Would you sign the agreement so close to the first due date if funds were not secured?

I think he may go for a sizeable call this time, pay Goddards, settle the debt for the new plant, pay other trade creditors and general working capital for Zulu and Premier.

But in the interview, he did say that interest had been forthcoming to purchase lower-grade materiel that Zulu has on hand.

The trading house is still on board, however IMO it is too early to think of funds from that source, Hill mention he was in negotiations with"one or two other interested parties". I think this is where a JV will soon be disclosed.

He has plenty of experience in this area,he is well aware of the situation we discuss.

Zulu now has:

• experienced plant operators

• better QA/QC in the lab

• stronger management oversight
