IMO the SP will not re-rate until the fog surrounding MNH clears.

Here is a reminder of the contentious points:

In August, Otjozondu Mining (Proprietary) Limited ('Otjozondu') issued their existing off-take partner with 90-days' notice, the contract will terminate on 18 November 2021. Otjozondu remains in ongoing discussions with its existing off-taker on improved commercial terms including the required expansion capital to assist with existing mining operations.

Premier is equally in advanced discussions with other potential off-take partners to assist Otjozondu in securing the best possible financial terms from its future off-take partner.

Otjozondu Loan

Premier provided a US$260,000 loan direct to Otjozondu for use at Otjozondu Manganese Mining Project in Namibia ('Initial Amount'). The secured loan with an interest rate of 20% per annum is repayable in US$25,000 instalments on each shipment of Manganese commencing from the beginning of September 2021.

Premier further agreed to increase the Initial Amount by US$180,000 ('Extension Amount') thereby increasing the total loan amount to US$440,000. Premier further agreed that the repayment term of the Initial Amount will only commence on the first shipment of manganese following the signing of a new off-take agreement.

The parties have further agreed that the Extension Amount will be immediately repayable on the signing of the new offtake agreement from proceeds from the new off-take agreement.

It is now over a month since the previous off-take expired.

There is a lot I don't like about the company administration,however I must admit that i did agree with George on certain comments made in podcast.
I think he is right not to rush into any deal,sit back and think about it.
I agree that had he not raised the cash there would have been a temptation to rush a deal just to secure early readies.
He intimated that he will take his time and evaluate all offers as they come along,I strongly agree.
Should there be a number of offers George holds ALL the aces which could result in improved offers and conditions.
Of course he could just mess it up,however this time I found myself nodding in agreement with his course of action.
I want MNH out in the open..and soon.
Not in a rush for test results,they will come when ready and will be what they are.
I think Roach will leave when Roach wants to--forget all this silliness about EGM etc.

Well it may surprise a few of you,I am quite pleased with today's outcome.
Shareholders now have some idea about future plans,about finance and the potential for a jv and at what cost.
Yes the libs is a mess but it will be sorted and we will eventually be informed about MNH.
I even thought George came across well in the podcast.
All in all feeling rather optimistic for 2022,just get one or two items sorted .
May even get the cheque book out .

steward1 I know that we have different views on MNH,what I would add is the fact that MNH has to repay loans from future sales. If nothing is posted by Prem does that mean that MNH is dormant--no sales ?

No surprise ,this is what I expected and what I posted.
The run of large sales just confirmed the view about leaks.
IMO this is excellent news,the placing has been done and the market can tick the box "sorted"
Next we need clarification on MNH,what is happening ?
Once the market has been told the focus can then return to Zulu.
Zulu--did tell you that it would be messy,that the DFS would over-run and go over budget.
The last thing Prem shareholders need right now is a call for an EGM,this would be commercial suicide and an act of stupidity..
It is a matter of lifting the fog to allow the sun to shine--stage one complete.
