newtrader_uk--I would do your homework before coming on the BB and making such accusations about Snowking.
He has been asked about the 3% limit on several occasions and has kindly given his explanations.
He is not trading Prem.
There is a distinction between positive discussion and out right pumping.
It is for people to press "Buy" or " Sell"

Gentlemen It is not nice seeing the aggressive comments.
Does it really matter when the DFS is completed,I am sure that Mr Roach and our investor will press ahead to get this completed ASAP.
Roach and other want a return on investment.
Yes the money raised is in excess of that required to complete the DFS,funds will be used for normal day to day expenditure and there will be a surplus "pot" The pot maybe partly used for RHA/MNH--WE DO NOT KNOW,it maybe used to further explore the EPO mineral wealth.
You are falling out over unknown factors,guessing at events and putting up situations that may not arise.
IMO Roach has done a good job with the proposed deal ,he has pitched it to extract true value.
There is so much knowledge on this BB-don't turn it into a ****ging match.

IMO the RNS was very good,there is a plan,there is finance available and we have a waiting purchaser for our product.
I am confident that our direct investor,subject to agreement,will be very keen to press forward and with one eye on the money so will Mr Roach.It is ,subject to negotiations,a straight run to building a mine and full production.
Forget the SP,it will re-rate on news I listed.

If shareholders are looking for the news that will catapult the sp then here is my list;
1] up date of the resource at ZULU,how much have we got and what grades.Is it really the monster we are hoping for.
2]Some form of report from the EPO region[non Zulu} to suggest that drilling results suggest a viable strike far in excess of Zulu area.Potential to go for DFS.
3] Any sniff that a counter offer[s] have been lodged
4] Agreement on the RNS conditional deal
5}A settlement agreement on the RHA issue
6] Commercial gold within the EPO
7] Favourable feedback from Li13
8 A continuous supply of assay results.

in an ideal world you want the SP to rise gradually over a period of time.
If this occurs it does not allow sufficient margins for day traders.
Should the SP explode,make gains of 40,50,60% in a day then the green light is given for day traders to come and gorge on daily profits.
The SP will climb.

Great interview George.
Put it this way,for many,many years Premier has been walking on quicksand.
The conditional deal has put down,across the quicksand,a well constructed platform from which the company can start building a lithium business.
It is the start,the company will grow from this day.
Confidence in Premier will return,it has a world class asset in Zulu and possibly a few more--but bigger.

Snowking--having read the RNS again & again it does get better and better.
I must praise Mr Roach for putting together a comprehensive and forward looking conditional deal.
The part I particularly like is that there is,it seems, a negotiation avenue all the way to mine construction.
A clear path, with financiers, to optimum production.
