Guys--well I must agree,not a good response from the market.
I didn't expect the sp to take off,I did expect some advance on the 40 range.
As we know,once the rot sets in it is difficult to get the sp to turn around.
Really need a run of confidence building news to get SP back on track

Yes we know all about George,have been through the hoop on countless occasions.
But give the guy some slack on this one,two covids,record rainfall etc,etc.
Yes the DFS will be late-George is always late,however in the larger picture is it really that important.

steward1- whereas I also expected more i can see merit in the proposals.
We all know the shortcomings of Mr Roach however on this occasion he has my vote.
The poor chap must have had many sleepless nights wondering which offer to follow,had he taken another route,a JV for example he would have been hit hard by other shareholders,he could have done many other variations of a deal.
IMO ,I am looking at it "on balance" it is not perfect,no deal would be but for me it does tick a lot of boxes so I am happy to run with it.
Will other offers come in--we will have to wait and see.

Is there a M & A frenzy,is everyone desperate to secure long term lithium supply,how much are companies prepared to pay ?

Aimisaluagh--at last,someone who agrees that counter talks,offers are permissible.
Guys--this is not yet a "done deal",i am expecting 1 maybe two credible counteroffers and even a take over proposal.
Think about it,our investor has made an opening offer for potentially the worlds largest hard rock lithium mine,anyone else want to play--I bet they do.
Argue all you want after the fog has cleared,still early day IMO

Completion of the Subscription is conditional on the following:

i. Within 15 Business Days of the date of the Subscription, written confirmation that Suzhou TA&A has received all applicable outbound direct investment approvals and/or registrations from and/or with competent Chinese administrative authorities with respect to the Subscription ("Regulatory Approvals"); and

ii. Each of the standard warranties for a transaction of this type as set out in the Subscription agreement being true and accurate as at the payment date.

johnnypc--I agree with you,I am a supporter of the proposals but am interested to read comments from other knowledgeable posters.
The BB has been somewhat spoilt by empty,silly comments.

I would imagine the Conditional agreement will be on all the boardroom tables,each major lithium player considering a counter proposal or even a take over.
George has published the MO for Zulu so other interested parties can tailor a proposed offer to suit.
