The danger in Zimbabwe is swingeing inflation and corruption,someone has to pay the ferryman.

Snowking from your post you are suggesting that Prem has surplus "unallocated" cash in the bank,I beg to differ.
The DFS and mini mine will use all available funds.

Sorry to say but on my calculations Prem will require one,maybe more dilutions before a net cash surplus is achieved.
