We knew that more shares would be issued

The only "news" was the takeover.

However,this is a discussion board where people are quite entitled to view opinions and thoughts about future events.

Snowking--my view is that Prem will complete the mini mine,that production,as stated,will flow.
The debt will be paid off leaving Prem in a very healthy position.
The larger mine will be built,however i can envisage a "partnership" on this development
I would like to see CEO continue to seek out potential maybe in other jurisdictions.

Prem will have access to cash
Will be able to afford to expand operations
Will have gained invaluable expertise developing Zulu
Will have access to new technology and extraction methods
Will gain worldwide credibility as a major mining company.

IMO George will get Zulu across the line.
For me the real profits will flow from the commercial exploitation of the EPO region.
