Quepensa--think you are a little early for 2p.
Certainly, during Q4 when the invoice has been settled, lithium is on the rise, and full /increased production has been established.
Then add 3rd party investment, progress at Li3, and movement at EPO.

I think there is some confusion here. If you re-run the interview at 1;33 it would suggest that government officials have shown an interest in visiting the mine. As I read it the plans made by the local chief are a different matter.
I can see where people can get confused I may be wrong.
No government officials tomorrow is how I read it.

It is also true that Zulu is, in reality, the new kid on the block.
For years RHA was the priority and golden apple, Zulu was a 2nd thought.
Was only the staggering rise in lithium that engaged a re-think, after all, Prem was selling 40% of Zulu, with additional options, for just a few million to finance a DFS.

Well, it's Friday again tomorrow, usually a good day for Prem.
If there are no outside influences to take Prem off track then IMO this is how I see the next few months unfold:

March-opening of Zulu "pilot " plant, operations commence--SP month end .80
April-completion of 22day run, product assessed and shipped during the latter end of month SP month end .90
May- first payment received,2nd shipment dispatched, economic assessment of plant published, RUS report released.SP month end 1p.

June /July regular shipments, regular receipts, production increased,3rd party offer accepted for remaining 50%
Regular increase in SP throughout the remainder of the year

A possible run of 25 years, is amazing.
