iky786-the trouble is when looking at Zulu we still don't know the true value of the asset.
I think many would jump at 3P for Zulu however in the last, and in my opinion the best, interview CEO informed us that exploration rigs are currently working at Zulu, that Zulu is a huge, huge player and Roach is expecting to publish, in time, a significant DFS.
Should Zulu discover further, large spodumene deposits then 3P could start looking cheap.
The dice are still rolling at Zulu, exciting times.

According to foreign media reports, the number of new passenger car registrations in the Netherlands increased 24% year-on-year in February 2023 to 28,128 units.

According to EV Volumes, 10,310 units of EVs were registered in the Netherlands last month, a 59% increase year-on-year and the second-highest sales ever recorded. With this increase, the market share of EVs in the Netherlands increased from 28% in the same period last year to 37% in February 2023.

iky786--selling Zulu would be a difficult call, I am in two minds.
On the one hand, any offer would have to be above 3P and in cash.
On the other CEO has made very enthusiastic comments about the LOM and potential earnings.
Certainly--no sale of EPO area.

I would vote "NO" to a 3p offer for Premier, may consider 3p if it was for Zulu.
IMO others will come knocking when Zulu can demonstrate worth coupled with a significant DFS.

I think there is still going to be an uplift on the commencement of mining. This is because the event is such a pivotal moment in the history of Premier and constituents the act of opening the doors to future prosperity.
Should the company also publish a RUS, further encouraging assay results and updating on current mining operations then we can cheer as we pass 1p.
So much news to come.

Just returned from The Cotswolds nice birthday treat.
Well the SP has been very active,rather to active for my liking.At the rate of progression the door is open to profits takers so expecting the slight adjustment to continue for a short while add to this there will be an element who are selling to maximise current C G exemptions.
The SP is well ahead ,great volume and trades over the past days.
CEO hoped to publish an RNS early this week,tomorrow would be a good day to confirm that the plant will be up and running prior to the 31/03.

April should be good as investors fill new ISA accounts.
Looking for further solid gains throughout 2024 as CEO transforms the company and expands product lines.
