Following yesterday’s posts accusing the company of “scamming shareholders” and making outright allegations of fraud, I think it’s sensible to draw a clear line. I don’t support that narrative, and I won’t be associated with the small group pushing it.

The tone and direction of their comments have crossed a line, and I’m not interested in being part of it. For that reason, those posters are now going in the green bin.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but when people start throwing around serious accusations without evidence, it’s time to step back.

I’m well aware that you, Ballymena, and a few others are trying to frame the recent drop as some kind of engineered fraud by the directors. I don’t agree with that at all. Hill has clearly had to confront the creditor situation, and the consequences are expensive — that’s the reality.

If the broader lithium bull run continues, Zulu will feel the benefit once commercial production starts in the next quarter. That’s where the real value sits.

The smear campaign in the autumn shook out the weak holders, and the influence you once had has faded. Since then, the arguments coming from your group have become thinner by the day.

You should tread carefully now. The accusations you and your friends are throwing around are extremely serious, and repeating them without evidence carries its own risks.

What an interesting day on the BB.

Jag has come forward [again], stating that Premier Africa Minerals is just a scam, that the current managing director has, and continues to act fraudulently in his current position. That he is knowingly positioning the company towards bankruptcy.

Jag extends the scamming to the negotiations with Goddards and the plant supplier, on the basis that he knowingly entered into financial agreements knowing full well that Prem/Zulu did not have the means to settle. The company has been guilty of financial irregularities, and Jag and Ballymena have suggested this fraudulent behaviour continues a board level.

The ongoing smear campaign recommends that shareholders dispose of any holdings as the ongoing fraud will result in imminent bankruptcy.

The campaigners are recommending other investments in lithium companies, those which are not scamming.

So, you genuinely believe this is a scam,you are now promoting that Mr Hill has intentionally scammed shareholders by fraudulent means. This and is what you are telling shareholders.

Your advice to shareholders is not to buy into this scam but to seek alternative investments.

Key commercial and technical terms of the contract include:

i.

Delivery of flotation equipment within 15 days and on-site engineering support for installation and commissioning. The concrete foundations have already been completed.

ii.

A process performance guarantee, under which the Contractor is required to commission the flotation circuit to achieve targeted spodumene concentrate grade and recoveries at a design throughput of 15-20 tonnes per hour, subject to feed meeting agreed specification.

iii.

A staged payment structure, with a portion of the commissioning fees withheld and only payable upon achievement of agreed performance and throughput criteria, aligning final payment with delivery of operational performance.

All required civil works to accommodate the flotation plant upgrade have been completed, enabling installation and commissioning activities to proceed without delay. Subject to logistics, site readiness and ramp-up dynamics, the Company expects the upgraded flotation circuit to be commissioned and optimised during Q2 2026.

I'm excited,and it is doing so on a very bullish lithium curve, if it lasts.

If the government wants to exploit the vast lithium deposits in Zimbabwe, it could start by getting the EPO problem sorted.

Once in stable production, Zulu will be eager to press ahead and develop other areas.

Estimating that in 10 years, Zulu could be producing 40 tonnes per month, putting it in the premier league.
