If I were negotiating this settlement I would increase the debt repayments as money became available from spodumene sales.

Hill may use some of the headroom shares to make further settlements, as and when it is deemed necessary.

Nothing in the RNS mentions "arrears" or "default"

Goddard and Prem are working it out between them; they have just agreed on the last tranche against the debt.

I would imagine that higher debt repayments will be available when Zulu's cash flow accelerates following commercial output.

The payment is in line with the settlement agreement.

I am reading the RNS as a Prem/Goddard agreement for the February payment.

The Goddard agreement stipulated that the first payment should be $400,000, but put no financial amounts on later payments

Reading this as the second payment,no more ,no less.
