You are correct,

as soon as the market is satisfied that Zulu is a credible lithium mine that it can produce the tonnage and grades regularly then the sp will soar.

I cannot see that the company can generate revenue fast enough to nullify the need for a call for extra cash.

This time next month the CEO will be entitled to call for the loan repayment, Stark will probably require further settlement, and all the mining experts will require payment plus normal running costs.

Unless the CEO can negotiate a further deal with Canmax or raise funds privately then I can see an AGM/EGM being called to raise the share ceiling.
