Have never denied the failings of Mr Roach, can list them all.

He is a very poor communicator,has little time for shareholders, and can tell a story.

Despite all this, the chap has kept Premier in the game, the match is still ongoing, and as I see it Prem is now attacking the goal rather than having to defend with a misguided and disjointed team.

IMO we are on the brink of production,say June. Do you really want to bring in a new team at this juncture and all that it will entail?

I feel that Mr Roach will come good at Zulu and will rapidly advance the prospects at Premier.

I think we must differ on this one, my flag is pinned on the Roach flagpole.

Agreed, yes IMO Mr.Roach can be classified as an experienced lithium miner and, as you say, he can take this experience to other Premier projects.

The experience gained at Zulu will save the company a substantial amount of money.

By his admission, Mr. Roach has, during more than one interview, openly admitted that he had very limited mining knowledge, that mistakes have been made and it has cost the company.

Knowledge doesn't come cheap, shareholders have counted the cost.

I do see progress, I do see some form of realism from Roach, and I see a determination and drive that I admire.

I know there is a list of "failures" etc, etc however when I watched the two recent videos I sat back and thought--one man has built this, one man arranged the finance, one man has appointed contractors one man has driven this enterprise.

George is licking his lips about returning to RHA, rest assured it will be a different Mr.Roach this time around.

The boy gets my support, I genuinely believe that the Zulu plant will be very profitable and will act as a catalyst for greater things.

It's a cheap trick that is often used against me,my past predictions.

Circumstances change and how I view Prem's progress also changes.

I am expecting the CEO to get a favorable AGM result, this will go a long way to filling the finance pothole.

Same timeline as you, work on the plant in April/May with the plant getting the green light near the end of May.

Continuous running of Zulu mine with the view to commercial nameplate production to start in early June and the first shipment in that month.

First revenue, end of June or early July depending if Canmax agrees to new payment terms.

Sale of product, SC6.

Tantalum should excite the market and confirmation of JV.

The Zulu plant will ,for the first time,achieve nameplate plus production of SC6.

I have earmarked June for this event.

April and May,work to continue on Zulu plant.

Despite the content in the interview I am prepared for some major alterations at the plant.

Finances sorted for Zulu, debts held by major creditors cleared,contractors paid.

After a rocky start the SP will reflect growing confidence,expecting a rise to 0.60 by the end of Q2

The plant "MOT" should be finalised Q2[2] and shareholders will be informed.

The JV on Prems other assest should be finalized.

At the end of Q2 suggesting "Red/Amber" be moved to "Amber"
