I think you are putting the rooster in with the chickens when you are comparing what is in it for Andrew compared to the sitting directors share/reward packages. Which LA rightfully points out is "not bad if you can get it" and that is just for starters - full bellies by the time you get to dessert.

Two different things (Andrew investment and director "packages") - but yes would have been good to be a "fly in the wall".
