Where is 25RSDD002 located?
Everyone is suddenly talking about the fact that the 25RSDD002 hole entrance was drilled 200 meters from 25RSDD001. But my question is, "Are the photos not real? Have they been modified with different coordinates to mislead us? Or are they real, and did the entrance to hole 2 not start at 200 meters but closer to 25RSDD001?"
I'm basing my findings on satellite imagery.
I'm basing my findings on the photos with coordinates from both RNS's and in posts on X , Facebook and LinkedIn.
I'm relying on other available observations.
But apparently, most people are convinced that the entrance to hole 2 is 200 meters from hole 1.
And yes, the RNS states in words:
"Original expectations for this second hole were that drilling would potentially intersect the breccia and
mineralization as identified in the first hole (#25RSDD001) at a much deeper depth, as the step-out
is 200 meters southwest from the breccia intercept in the first drill hole."
But Ed MEAD also states in the same RNS:
The depth of breccia, alteration, and mineralization in this second hole was expected to be much deeper than the mineralized breccia intercept from drill hole 1, as we are sitting downhole 200m southwest of the mineralized breccia seen in hole 1 at 550m depth.
The important thing here is the words: we are sitting DOWNHOLE 200m southwest of the mineralized breccia seen in hole 1 at 550m depth.
Since they are drilling 25RSDD002 at a distinctly different location () compared to 25RSDD001, but according to the coordinates and satellite images, it is still on the same drill path as 25RSD001 and also at a different angle and azimuth than 25RSDD001, we know that all of this certainly affects everything, but there are still too many unknowns to know what is correct and what is not.
I think hole 2 is very close to hole 1. (I still think it's 2 to 5 meters)
Time will tell, but I have no doubts about the quality of the drilling results. Ultimately, the assays should tell us what's in the ground and approximately where.
The future certainly looks very good to excellent, but be careful: the first assays may be disappointing for some, much more drilling is needed to get a better picture of the RED SETTER DOMES.
Next week and next month will bring us more good news. In the meantime, we're going to 25RSDD003, but where will that be? Could there be another change of plans? When do they start double shift, when will we see a second drill rig?
Good WE all
