Mont. I agree 100% that this rns was probably more for interested bidders than it was for investors.

Multiple parties will have put in offers subject to satisfactory conclusion of due diligence and other conditions. Once due diligence has completed parties will / should be in a position to confirm their offers on an unconditional basis.

Parties have had sufficient time to conclude DD. This RNS is designed to give them a kick and encourage unconditional offers IMO. This will / should happen very soon.

Dissection of RNS:

1. “Eua pleased to announce the update”

2. “have to date received non-binding offers in respect of both a possible acquisition of the Company as well as other transaction structures.”

3. “Several parties and structures”

4. “More recent delays due to holidays” = they are close to the final agreement

Barns assay results due any day now which explains why money is starting to trickle back in. If those results are half decent, we should be back towards the 3p mark IMO.

Last time we were at these levels was in July, since when the sp hit a peak of over £3. Under a month ago the sp was £2.70.

The GDXJ fund will be buying into this on the 18th Dec. They announce what they buy a week before on the 11th, so expect some strong running before the buy in.
I see 20% uplift here within a couple of weeks.

Don't forget that the last up-date in September stated that earnings would be heavily weighted to the year end - and that market expectations should be met.
