alto, it seems we think in a very similar way, i agree SFO is not going away and fully expect to log on one morning and find charges have been brought against PFC, as you say last months charges show the SFO are getting stuck into the Unaoil investigation, new man at the helm and all. Minor increase in short position now 8.11%, you can be sure they know something. Gutted i did not get in at the 540s on Tuesday, thought about getting in at the 560s but decided to wait this out, would i be buying near 600 not a chance, not now we know SFO are actively pursuing Unaoil case and oil up & down with OPEC meeting a few weeks away. That said the share has increased well this week, hope for the holders (including my wife) it continues, afraid i am working again this coming week but will look in when i get the chance. ifonly it may be a waste of tax payers money but its how business is done in other countries, do i think PFC are guilty, you bet i do.

Wryape i think i might be one of those you refer to, for info i have been working most of the week and will be next week, i hold up my hand i called oil price wrong, guilty as charged.

My view & my gamble / thoughts only but i think the only reason PFC came back from its low today was due to the Brent price holding in there, it went sub 75 again late in the day. Add in 8.02 % shorts and this could get nasty. Agreed some peanuts better than none but it will take real contracts to prop PFC up. Stress my thoughts only.

Will wait, for the bottom :), peanut contracts just don't cut it.

Oilers still dropping, without positive news there is no reason to suspect PFC will react differently, think i will hold off buying back in till i see the whites of their eyes, maybe this week, maybe next, who knows, could well be further to fall, my opinion only.

Taking a battering right now, maybe alto1 prediction was not so far off.

Agree oil will go sub 75 but as i am such an easy going & positive person i will guess PFC end the day on 556, pure speculative guess.

ifonly, no need to wonder why its just fact, if you need more proof see what happens tomorrow assuming oil continues its downward trend. Rocklawn, oil has had a great run and as you say it will stabilise, just not yet, meantime oil & oil related shares will fall as they did last week, offcourse they will stabilise, just not sure at what price. Seems like the Ostrich & sand quote comes into play again.

Brent down, WTI down, if this continues i see a bloodbath in oil & oil related shares.

ifonly, if your happy to sit on your PFC shares you will not lose out, 3 months, 6 months or a year, whatever, PFC will be back at and even over the 650 / 700 mark, only thing we cannot say for certain is the timescale.as that depends on factors not yet known.
